We cannot rave enough about Jacob and Pacific Rack, so wonderful, honest and helpful!!! For years we dealt with a great Rack shop in California ,they spoiled us, or so we thought. Pacific Rack and Jacob have been over the top helpful and knowledgeable in recommending the right gear for us. He has outfitted two vehicles for us and absolutely great and affordable each time! This is a business that earns and keeps our business.

Love this place and the staff ! They have helped me many times even putting on a used rack I didn’t buy from them, true customer service at the highest level!

Had a great experience at Pacific Rack Outfitters in Talent today! Jacob installed a Thule rack on our Honda Element quickly and efficiently. He also offered a very competitive price. But beyond the installation, Jacob was incredibly helpful in explaining the differences between various racks, including load capacity and cost. We learned a lot and definitely plan to return to Pacific Rack Outfitters to explore other accessories for our Element! Highly recommend!

My friends and I, on our long and treacherous road trip to Mexico, were having some serious trouble with the Thule on the top of our car. Picture the most atrocious piercing noise you can possibly imagine, and then multiply that by 100. Any time we would go above 70mph, our ears began to bleed. We stopped at Pacific Rack as a our one and only hope, and not only was the employee Logan extremely sexy, but he fixed our problems free of charge. Service was 10/10, and the employee was an 11. Would highly reccomend

These guys were extremely helpful with getting me set up with a rack system for my '23 Kia Sportage. I spent hours trying to find something that would work for my car but they found a solution immediately. I definitely recommend you give them a visit for all your outdoor vehicle gear. I'll be back!

I’m definitely going to make this my go to place. Jacob was extremely helpful and saved me some money in the process. He is a person of high integrity that will give insight to the inexperienced; this integrity is not so common as it once was.It was difficult to find a fit for my 2022 CX30. If buying online you pay high in shipping for these products. They are already overpriced due to only two quality manufacturers providing products. Hopefully they soon get more competition.Pacific Rack has everything there to see first hand. A photo is not good enough for most things.

What a fantastic business with refreshingly great customer service ? I was running late getting off work and I called to see if it would be OK for me to arrive basically right as they were closing - they graciously accommodated! I can't say enough how much I appreciate that little bit of flexibility. Their prices are reasonable too! So happy this exists. I would recommend them to anyone. ?
