“They are doing their very best to assist each customer. Be patient! They will treat you accordingly. Earlier this month a man came in and complained about calling before store hours and being put on hold. The young man who was at the counter said he was the only one working. The pharmacist told the customer he needed to find a different pharmacy! I loved it. He defended his employee! Why would they want someone who can't appreciate their efforts? I'll be sticking with Ashland Drug. They are always helpful. But you need to be patient, at times.”

“5 Stars due to A for effort. The people that work here are all very nice, albeit short staffed. They try their hardest, but like in any other business if you have 2 people that are expected to do 4 peoples jobs, there will be delays. I too have had to wait and have had them say that my drug wouldn't be there for another day. But nothing that has happened was because of the staff. When Safeway took over, they stuck the staff with an old software program that was, and is, a pain. Not the the staffs fault. The ladies are all trying their best. So when you get frustrated, try to remember that they are too!”
