“The best pharmacy in Southern Oregon. I’ve gone through so many bad pharmacies around here.. the others are all chronically understaffed, rude, stressed, don’t understand basic insurance things, get the request wrong ect ect. I have had none of those issues with Medicap in Talent. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and not once have they messed up the order. And they are very fast to process refills and pick ups are a breeze. I really love these guys and it cuts down on my stress in life with the many prescriptions that I have to pick up. Very thankful to have them here in our nice little community.”

“I love this place.Iam a cancer patient and could not find my pain meds anywhere.They went beyond and when my doctor called them it was five o’clock they had my script filled by 5:30 so I would get it before they closed.Iam transferring all my meds to them.??”

“5 Stars due to A for effort. The people that work here are all very nice, albeit short staffed. They try their hardest, but like in any other business if you have 2 people that are expected to do 4 peoples jobs, there will be delays. I too have had to wait and have had them say that my drug wouldn't be there for another day. But nothing that has happened was because of the staff. When Safeway took over, they stuck the staff with an old software program that was, and is, a pain. Not the the staffs fault. The ladies are all trying their best. So when you get frustrated, try to remember that they are too!”
“I went to Ashland drug for the first time with my elderly aunt. They were fast and friendly. But, moreover, they were very patient and explaining her medication‘s to her. Even going to the point where they wrote in marker on the bottles so she would know what time to take each of them. Going over very carefully to help her to understand that she needed to eat with some of her medications. They were very patient as she went through a list of things that she could eat before she took her medication’s to make sure that they were OK. I really appreciated the extra time they took with her.”
