Yesterday I bought a Bronco from Butler Ford in Ashland. I wrote a review while I was waiting for the finance team to finish their paperwork and I left out some key people. What makes Butler worthy of 5 stars is the team of people coordinating one sale. Eric Edgar was relentlessly working on getting the best interest rate while Joel Nickerson was trying to keep the monthly payment within my comfort zone. When that was accomplished I ended up in Ken's office. He was a delight to work with as I sealed the deal. A few signatures later I was I was greeted by Rocky & Matthew. Together they helped me download the new Ford app on my phone all the while Micheal in detail was finishing up the Bronco's last minute shine. I never felt any pressure to get the sale done. It was truly an amazing experience. Thanks guys Leesia59

I received an email to review Butler, the email stated "call them first if there are any issues." The salesman also stated this. So I contacted them about an issue before I left this review. I Bought a used F150 from them on trade. Overall decent truck for the mileage and price. But, the salesman and I heard a buzzing sound in the dash when test driving. Salesman said "it's the radio" which I could have lived with. Found out after I bought it by a simple internet search that it is the recirculating/fresh air door actuator. A common problem apparently. This is a $2000 job per my research because it involves removing the dashboard. The general manager said to bring it in for a free diagnosis and "I'll see what I can do." Service said "everything working fine." I then sent the general manager a video with the abnormal sound from the dash clearly present. He has not replied. They didn't follow through on my issue, or didn't want to, and service didn't do a thorough job investigating the problem even after I told them what I thought the issue was. Not satisfied with Butler Ford.

Where do I start?! Butler Ford by far was the easiest car dealership I have done business with. Matt the salesman was very personable, knowledgeable, and just great to work with. Eric the manager was just as great to work with. Ken the number guy was awesome! All 3 helped me get into what I wanted and made everything I asked for workable! I wii definitely recommend and send friends and family to Butler Ford!

This will be our .dealership for a long time. Salesman, Alberto Cavillo did such a good job working with us to secure the best deal for our new car. He was competent, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all our questions. If he didn't know the answer, he went to someone who did. Our financing was secured with Jeremy's help. Despite a few glitches and lots of patience, he helped secure the numbers we were promised.. You really can't go wrong buying a car here!

After purchasing a new 2023 F150 Lariat, the electronic locking differential came on while at the dealer. I brought my truck back and was told a rock probably kicked it on from under the truck while driving by the mechanic. The mechanic gave me a five minute explanation that made no sense, so the proverbial red flag went up. This happened a second time, so while getting an oil change I asked to see where this part is on the underside of my truck? Clark showed me the underside of my truck while in the bay and explained there is no way for the ELD to come on from under my truck. I told him the mechanic had told me a BS story.I had marked my front driver side tire before bringing in my truck for the oil change, and even though it took 90 minutes, the rotation was not done. I showed this to the employee doing my paperwork and said that'll do it. I'm not coming here anymore.While I wasn't charged for the oil change, I am taking it elsewhere to have changed because I do not trust the work he did do.

After posting my previous review of Butter Ford, the owner reached out to me personally to rectify the situation that I was experiencing with this company. He took total responsibility for the bad experience we were having. He went above and beyond getting us out of our truck and into something that was you our needs. I would recommend Butler Ford to anybody who is looking for a honest dealership, who works extremely hard to get things done for you. I Will recommend Butler Ford to anybody I know looking to purchase a vehicle, and I will definitely be going back with repeat business. Thank you Joel for reaching out.

Customer time is definitely not a concern nor a priority. I understand everywhere you go there will be a wait. Butler even got me in same day instead of me having to wait a week for an estimate like at Lithia. But it took them OVER A MONTH to finish something THEY TOLD ME IT'D TAKE ONE TO TWO WEEKS.I took my car in the 6th of JUNE. The last week of service they said my car would be ready tuesday (the 4th) or wednesday (the 5th), which is already over the 20 days my insurance gives me for a rental so I've been paying out of pocket... I called thursday since I didn't receive any call- not to let me know they were done and it was ready, and not to let me know they needed more time and sorry for the inconvenience. They told me no one worked on the 4th so they'd try to finish that day and friday. friday (the 7th)- no call. so I call them again. they tell me the collision team left and to try again monday (the 10th), which was also my boyfriend's birthday. I left his gift in there so he wouldn't find it, and the stress of maybe not being able to pick my car up was immense. the 10th of JULY rolls around and I call THEM. they tell me my car has been ready since friday. so not only have i already been paying for extra days, but now I've paid for three days that i didnt need to pay for, because THEY didnt call me, THEIR CLIENT, to let me know MY CAR was finished. I will not be returning. Good luck if you choose them! really, you'll need it..

This is NOT a Quick Lane it is just a regular Ford dealer. They do NOT offer no appointment oil changes and such as you would expect from a Quick Lane.

Service Department is Terrible , I own a Fleet of Ford trucks , Planning to buy more soon due to depreciation. Service Manager Clark Alexander and service Writer Tommy will both lie right to your face . My truck sat on the lot for over 3 weeks and had to call 5 times . they said each week it would at least be diagnosed. after 3 weeks I went in and took my truck because nothing was done . wasn't even diagnosed.very unprofessional and I will be contacting Ford Motor company why spending 0ver 500k doesn't help getting treated properly. I will neverrecommend Butler Ford Ashland for anything. never had this issue in 30 years in having Ford vehicles.

I cannot stress enough how kind, reliable and consistent this dealership is. I not only purchased my vehicle at this location, but I drive across the valley to have it serviced at this location because they are the best! They have never let me down and the service times are reasonable!

It was time for me to return my lease and pick up a new one. My local dealership (in CA) kept giving me the run around. I found a truck I like at Butler Ford, called and spoke to Rocky. Told him what I was looking for and that I'd be up the next day. Rocky got all the paperwork to me to fill out prior to coming to save some time. When we got there Matt took us for a test drive with the truck and we loved it. Josh made the financing extremely easy too. Everyone at Butler Ford is amazing. I will definitely be back in a couple months when my SUVs lease is up!

butler ford is the worst, never received my ford reward points on the purchase of a new f150, had to call 5 times.was told its taken care of .never got my rewards ... I guess they only give good customer service when your buying a truck .after they get your money they just don't care anymore

Update.Came in for an oil change March 28th. They were not busy but it took 2.5 hours! I missed multiple meetings that day because of this. The guy working the desk needed help with everything (they have new people every time I visit, I know it's a tight labor market but Wow!) I had a couple questions specific to my F-150 that no one could answer. This shakes my confidence in them unfortunately. They were great two years ago but like so much these days, that has changed. One final thing, the sticker for my next service says to come back April 1st, 2000! Guess the jokes on me and I'm not even confident that they actually changed my oil.Original postQuick in and out for oil change and tire rotation. Price seemed right. Friendly staff, covid precautions taken, nice area to wait. I will be back.
