Kami is the best! She is the go to realtor if you're moving to Ashland from California. She knows the ins and outs of both Oregon and California. She will help you with every question or concern regardless of what it is, and she will be with you every single step of the way whether you are buying or selling. Kami also knows all the right people, regarding insurance, title, mortgage company, cleaning, hauling, repairs, home inspection, and many many more. I was stuck in the hospital for a week and she was still able to help me along the process with the house! Nothing is a problem to her because she will take care of it and will remove as much stress from you the buyer/seller as possible. You are in the BEST hands with Kami. Kami and I worked together for about a year to find my dream home. I had to do most of it remotely so trusted her entirely. After the first two times we had got under contract and they fell through, Kami was always understanding and remained positive until we found what was the right choice for our family.
