I rented one unit in a duplex from this company and was very pleased with their communication. When my heater went out, they dropped off space heaters that same day and had someone out to fix it later in the week. They offered to come back and pick up the space heaters the next day. Anytime maintenance or an inspection was to be performed, they provided at least 24 hour written notice taped to my door, which I appreciated. I escalated a large maintenance issue and RealWise did a great job convincing the landlord to go ahead with the repair. When I had moved into the place there was no refrigerator and the staff at RealWise did a great job encouraging the landlord to purchase a used refrigerator, which worked great. When it was time for me to move out, I had the place professionally cleaned and I hired Carpet Bros to clean the carpet. As a reward for my attention to detail and leaving the place cleaner than I found it, I received 100% of my deposit back. I absolutely would’ve stayed in this rental long-term and I appreciate everything RealWise has done for me, however, I have purchased my own house. I have been renting for years and I am impressed with this property management company.

Ryan was great! He was easy to communicate with and set up our routine inspection with ease! He was also very kind and friendly with me being a new mom and having our little one in the house. I definitely felt better that I had gone with Realwise after meeting Ryan!

Excellent service on maintenance of my duplex rental by Maintenance Coordinator Jose Pelayo. Keeps me posted about concerns and alternatives in taking care of them. Would recommend Realwise to others based on past two years' service from Jose and other staffers I've encountered.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This company is a JOKE! They only care about the owners of the properties. Not the people renting from them!! Don’t rent from them as they will never give you your deposit back and on top of that charge you more upon move out. $600 for painting a wall??? Yeah no!

Overcharged for everything, $65 to change smoke alarm batteries. $240 carpet cleaning fee after I paid for professional carpet cleaning. $600 to paint a wall repair. $273 move out cleaning fee. My place was spotless at move out! Rent from this company as a last resort. They don’t care about people.
