I’ve never done business with this company, nor have I ever given them my financial information, yet my bank let me know that they tried to run my credit card today. Don’t know why they thought that was legal or smart, but I guess we can talk about that on Monday.

Tammy is a very kind property manager who was very responsive and helpful. However this company will absolutely make sure to rake you over the coals in terms of holding on to your deposit. They will find a reason to keep most of it. In my case they said they had to keep $1500 because the "landscaping wasn't well maintained"Not especially responsive either. More an issue of workload I believe. They run very lean over there and persistence is necessary to have maintenance issues addressed. I would recommend renting from a smaller group or individual land lord unless you absolutely have no other option.Probably not a bad route if you're a property owner. But tenants should look elsewhere

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel that this one is necessary.Very shady practices.Words of advice for future renters.Take pictures of any property you’re considering for rent when you move in. They will try to charge you for things that aren’t applicable under ORS guidelines for renters. For example, nail holes are not an item that a renter should be charged for at the end of the lease and when you move out, they will do it. They will tack on anything they can think of and fabricate as well, with the overall goal of reducing the refund of your initial deposit.Be very cautious with the Ashland team. They are disorganized, fail to follow through, and are pompous and arrogant on the phone. Unfortunately, there is an overall sense of entitlement which doesn’t bode well for people who are there to provide a service, especially considering the cost of the rental units they manage in Ashland.Once again, do your homework. Read your rights as a tenant and document any complaints that you have lodged and their response. Take copious amounts of photos when you move in and when you move out. Keep all documents and record very carefully the state of the unit during move in.Do not consider for one minute that they have your best interest at heart.

I am reviewing this company from the perspective of a renter, which is what I was for a little over a year and a half when I resided in ashland. To their credit, I was able to rent a house site unseen at the height of the pandemic. However, the listing did not mention many many things that were wrong with the house. Once I was in situ, it took forever to get them to repair things, including the one thing they did mention which was that the sliding door didn't lock. The truth is is that the sliding door neither open nor closed correctly and needed complete replacement and after that was done they left the glass door leaning against my house. Only when I told them that I was having children visit for the weekend and that there was a severe risk that the glass door would be shattered, did they come and remove it. Other articles of debris that resulted from their maintenance were simply discarded next to the shed on my property. I opened many repair tickets during the time I was there and only about 2/3 of them ever actually got fixed. These people have absolutely no sense of urgency about maintaining a rental property. However, when it comes to clean up time they have a terrific sense of urgency and in fact they have such strict conditions that only their own in-house maintenance company is competent to do the necessary work! In my case, that included a deep cleaning of the carpet and various other repairs including the repairs that they did not do for things that were falling apart in the house and for which they were responsible during my tenancy, and they managed to slap me with an over $600 bill which they promptly deducted from my damage deposit. So you better watch out with these people because this is what they will do to you if they get the chance. And if you rent from them, they will assuredly get that chance.

Service has been excellent for our business. Communication has improved significantly and we now are seeing prompt replies to issues with the property. Very happy with the current management of our rental office space.

Poor communication and not accountable for their management. Untrusted bookkeeping. Very slow to get property listed on the market. Unexperienced at selling homes.

We have been with Rogue Real Estate Sales and Property Management for years. They manage a house we own in Ashland, Oregon and have done a great job for us. Their staff is especially good--professional and prompt to reply. I have recommended them to a number of people over the years.

I own rental properties and am a client of Rogue Property Management. As a member of this property management team Soraya has been an outstanding resource for me for many years. She is always professional, pleasant and very responsive to tenants issues and to any concerns or questions that I have.

I was told at the beginning of the process, my application fee was refundable. When I tried to receive the refund, I was informed it would not be refunded. I wish they wouldn't of lied to me, so that I could of then made a decision about doing business with them based on the truth, and not a lie. To add injury to insult, l continuously had to do most of the leg work by make numerous calls, sending emails as communication was severely lacking on their part. The other two property management companies had absolutely no issue refunding my application fees and were both great companies to work with. I would just like to warn anyone else that unfortunately has to interact with this company. Don't expect the truth.

What I love most about the Ashland office is the personized attention that I get from both Tammy and Soraya. They take the time to listen, understand and address my concerns in a timely and efficient manner. I am very grateful to have them managing our properties. Thank you

They are vile. They will discriminate if you have hud don't even bother. They will tell you you meet the criteria and then take you 50 or 100 to apply and make you wait a month to deny you based on "screening criteria" they pick and choose who they want to rent to. I do not recommend for anyone. I wouldn't trust these people.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Anyone looking to rent in this valley please use someone else. They are scam artists. After paying 100 to apply, also calling and verifying with an agent we met the criteria as to not waste money they assured me to apply. After a month and no response got a denial letter based on "screening criteria". Called and they told me it was a mix up they did on our aoplications and they would fix it. Then got rude emails from a woman named soroya pretty much just lying constantly. All of the agents had a different story. I wouldn't trust these people . PERIOD. SCAM ARTISTS. They will just take your money and pick and choose who they want to rent to. Very unprofessional and lie like it's their job RUN unless you want your money thrown away and never get it back.
