I stopped in here to check out walking shoes. I did some research in advance via the web and knew which brands were highly rated. When I arrived, though, I simply asked for their recommendation on the best choice for extensive walking. The sales clerk suggested two models both of which were asking those I had identified previously as highly rated. He also had information about why another brand was not well suited to my feet.
I really appreciated the support in making a decision. I would recommend this store for their expertise.

Recently got back into running, walked into the shop and they recommended a pair of shoes. Running in these shoes has been great. Glad I trusted the choice to these guys. I'm in my 40s and don't want to waste time with an injury just because of choosing a shoe that was the right color and the wrong fit.

My daughter is new to running and had been struggling to find the right shoe. The staff there spent amble amount of time helping her try on multiple pairs of shoes. Having the treadmill there is a plus to watch her run. She has had the shoes for three months now and her running had improved dramatically. Thanks so much!

Great little running store in Ashland with helpful staff and a variety of options to fit your running needs. It also has weekly running groups available and is right in downtown.

A really good run shop, they have a good selection on hand. I would only recommend this place if you needed a specific item. It wasn't a fun shop to look around and "window shop"- I feel like the person working was slightly on the Assertive side of things and I didn't feel comfortable browsing, and looking around. But, at the stuff I was able to glance at before I was hustled out the door, seemed like good quality run stuff.

This is an amazing store! Very helpful staff that truly took the time to assist my family and I chose are next running shoes. Kayla was very patient and knowledgeable. Encouraging us to try as many shoes as needed to pick the right pair. We probably tried on over 10 different pairs of shoes never once did I feel pressured or rushed. The young man with the longer hair (my apologies for forgetting his name) was very kind and helpful as well.Thank you both for a flawless shopping experience.

This time around was a bad experience. The salesperson convinced me to buy a size bigger than what I was used to. Seems to work in the store, but not on the trail ! The shoes were way too wide. So, I called and emailed a number of times to find about their exchange procedure. One time, I had the same salesman on the phone, but then no follow-up whatsoever! I am very very disappointed by their lack of courtesy and no follow-up. Will not return again.

I went in looking for some help (I'm not a runner, more of a mom walker) and I received more than I expected. Noble assisted me and was super efficient, professional, informative, and kind. He made sure I was given enough information to make an informed decision and I learned quite a bit in the small amount of time spent.The store was calm, clean, and inviting. Not a huge selection of shoes at the time of shopping but enough, and I discovered a new brand I had only heard of a few times.

Good atmosphere, like the location, decent selection of shoes, but the customer service was poor. The guy was uninterested and couldn't be bothered to help us much, or talk us into buying anything more that what we needed.

Just unbelievably helpful. I’m a new runner and Zach helped me find a great pair of shoes. He explained everything about the different kinds of shoes and even looked at my running form. I’m excited to hit the road!
