What is wrong with these people!? They're not pushy, or rude and they don't take a ton of unnecessary time! My family came in and bought the exact car that we found online, for the price it was listed online. That's never happened to me at a car dealership before! Then they went above and beyond to get BETTER financing than what we'd already agreed to! WHAT?
Seriously though, this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Joe the salesman was wonderful. The finance guy (I'm sorry I forget your name!) was also wonderful. I highly recommend TC Chevy. If we ever need another vehicle, you can bet we're coming here first.

Best experience I've ever had with a car sales man. Joe Frasure was extremely helpful, friendly and never tried over selling me on anything. He actually listened to what I was looking for. Almost felt like I've known him for years. For the finance part, David Crofton did an amazing job at getting me a great interest rate. He made all the signing process very easy to follow. Also, they make a priority to make sure that your used vehicle runs as if it was brand new of the lot. 5 stars well deserved

Sad to even give the store a negative review, but this dealership is just like every single other. Tried to work with the salesman named Keegan, he’s a nice guy, at least until the point when I submitted my credit, then I couldn’t buy his time if I wanted to. All of a sudden he was “too busy” to return my call or texts & no manager reached out either - horrible work ethic coming from a dude who promised he was not that way. He gave a big ol speech about how he’s not like other salesman, how I could trust him to get it done & how my lender wasn’t better than what they had…. What a load of bologna. The moment we got off the phone call after giving my credit information, he and his finance team shotgunned my credit to 5 different lenders, and 2 of them I told Keegan not to even bother with because they had already told me they wouldn’t do it. Instead of respecting me, he sent me a link saying it doesn’t matter how much credit is ran through lenders etc….
To the sales manager assisting him & the finance team - you failed to do every part of your job along the way. You should ALWAYS call people that have trusted you with their credit information back & let them know right away if you can help them or not. You have made your entire business look bad & are a disgrace to the Chevy brand, which corporate will find out about by the way.
To the owner/GM of this location - nobody should be walking out feeling this way or getting off the phone feeling like they weren’t treated fairly. And before you respond on here saying it was Memorial Day and you were slammed, you had the time to immediately run my credit through multiple lenders right after I gave the information, but not 2 minutes to call me and let me know there wasn’t anything we could do today and to perhaps wait till tomorrow when it’s not as busy? It’s a lack of respect and integrity. I trusted you, and you let me down.
