Wow, the guys working here must be really hate their jobs. So incredibly rude. I've worked in a lot of customer service places and try to be as nice as possible knowing what people that work in that industry have to deal with. Probably time to get a new job. If the owner was aware the customer service level he wouldn't be happy.

Living in Ashland, OR where there is a UPS store around, I don't need to drive 15 miles away to Medford to fulfill my needs. I have an Amazon Prime account where I primarily shop online. It is good to be able and process returns through UPS.

Came into the store 15 minutes before closing. The store was completely empty and he would not notarize my document because someone might walk in and he can’t work overtime. Notarizing one document takes minutes. Really dissatisfied,

Kudos to the crew here for consistent, friendly and customer-focused service. Amazon returns are a cinch- especially with their new self-service counter. Special thanks to George, Kenzie, and the owner Bill for working out a solution for a problem that occurred with the location of our mailbox which avoided much inconvenience, luckily. This location recently completed a mandated remodel, and all the staff worked tirelessly to get the difficult logistics accomplished quickly to reduce the necessary inconveniences to customers. Much appreciated- FIVE STARS to all the great folks here at the South Ashland, Oregon location!

We live in an area now that the stores I buy from are not here, Nordstroms, Amazon, Anthropology, we moved from Seattle. The UPS store means I can return things that don’t fit or work for me easily.

These folks set the standard of how customers should be treated and waited on,we have used this store dozens of times and staff never ceases to totally amaze me, they are extremely professional and courteous and do their upmost best to get you waited on as quickly as possible,we really appreciate all the staff for their help, they do a fantastic job. Our clerks do everything they can to ensure we receive the best service - from mailing packages to Japan or India or England, to figuring out the most economical kind of mailbox to rent at the post office, to ensuring that our precious package reaches our cousins before Christmas -- all with a smile and good wish for the rest of the day.
