Recently opened an account at US Bank. Kenzie was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me sort thru some mobile banking issues and assisted me with choosing a new credit card for a large upcoming purchase. Great experience, thanks Kenzie!

Friendly, professional and very helpful staff! I don't often have to go into a bank in person but was glad I did recently to make a cash deposit. The experience was top notch. I've been a customer of Union Bank for 24 years and wasn't sure about U.S. Bank's acquisition... but they've been excellent with online, mobile and in person.

My Landlord is trying to scam me out of 75$, but thanks to Brennan we were able to get proof that they pulled money out a day before they were supposed to. He was extremely helpful, and very friendly. I have never had a bad experience here and all the employees not only remember me but have great personalities.

Absolutely terrible. Their ATM is out of order more than it's in service. Technology every other bank manages to maintain flawlessly, these jokers can't keep up with. And in the middle of a pandemic, when any reasonable person would rather stay outside then go in and and interact with a teller. Makes me wonder how meticulous they are about maintaining actual accounts.

I recently sold the number one restaurant in Ashland, Morning Glory, a beloved local institution that I have been operating for over 24 years. Covid 19 devastated my business and I ended up taking a huge loss in the sale of my business. I not only had my home mortgage, but Morning Glory mortgage through US Bank for many years, paying thousands of dollars in interest. Not only that, I had 4 different accounts funneling millions of dollars through this bank. On the day of my sale, I get a phone call from my title company telling me that US Bank is charging me more than 18,000.00 for the sale. I already took a huge loss and then they kicked me in the a** on the way out! Thank you for NOTHING, US Bank!!! You suck! I am currently in the midst of closing all of my accounts and I will never bank with US Bank again!

I have been with US bank for years and years. I have a Military platinum account, Business accounts and credit cards. My entire family including my grandparents have banked here as well. I’m so beyond shocked how they have handled Covid-19. This bank is profiting off of this pandemic with little to no help for people that are suffering without jobs or unemployment. I am currently closing all of my accounts including business accounts and credit cards and I strongly advise everybody to stay away from this bank. Most banks are helping people however they can through this pandemic. This bank is making a profit. Shame on you!

Worst bank ever. Always receive bad customer service. Just going through drive thru lane and a teller finally approached the window after 10 minutes of waiting to tell me that there are 10 other customers inside waiting who they are helping first. Then she asked me if I would like to come in and wait. What is the point of a drive thru window if you don't have a teller there to help customers. I am so disappointed I opened an account here.
