Ashriver Woodworks is a fantastic shop with a wide range of lovely art and handmade wares from different artists, and at great pricing! They also have a library in the back, which is always a win for me. This was my first time visiting but it’ll always be on my list for future visits to Astoria!

Chris and Delaney built a large custom TV/Entertainment shelving unit for my wife and I. Working with them felt like a true collaboration, and I was impressed by their communication skills, professionalism, and craftsmanship. I visited the Ashriver Woodworks store in Astoria. Friendly staff. Many items on display. I wanted something custom made for my riverfront home. I had brought the measurements for two custom end tables of my design. They helped me to select from a number of design options. In no time at all, my new end tables were ready. They look fantastic and are just the size that I wanted. The joinery was amazing and I really liked the finish. I've already received a number of compliments about the tables from my visitors. I highly recommend Ashriver Woodworks.

I purchased a Custom Mantel and a Custom Charcuterie Board and was in complete shock of how amazing they look. very beautiful and quality work. We are moving into a new house and were looking for high quality furniture that would stand the test of time but also look good in the process. On a weekend trip to Astoria, we wandered into the Ashriver store front and found exactly that.We ordered a black walnut table with a black epoxy fill. Chris, Delaney, Amy, and Naomi were all an absolute pleasure to work with. They were responsive and helpful in talking us through choices about dimensions, color/wood combinations, island placement. Everything. It is absolutely an heirloom piece (for whichever niece/nephew plays their cards right). ?We got updates as our table moved through the process of searching for the right slab, cutting, filling, finishing, etc. It has honestly been one of the most exciting things to happen all pandemic.My husband also gifted me a charcuterie board that I am ABSOLUTELY in love with. The color and texture of the blue is other worldly. It is so gorgeous. It was difficult to write this review because I feel like pictures and words don’t even begin to capture how amazing their work is.Rooftops and charcutes FOREVER!! ❤️Services: Shelving/rack construction & installation

This place is great; the finest workmanship I've ever seen, they can customize any piece you want using whatever wood species you choose including in particular reclaimed wood and ethically sourced materials. Their work is perfect and within a reasonable price range. I'd use Ashriver again in a heart beat.Service: Shelving/rack construction & installation
