Clatsop Care Center Health District has been providing Clatsop County with the utmost in senior care since 1978. The Health District consists of Clatsop Care Health & Rehabilitation (skilled nursing), Clatsop Care In-Home Services, Clatsop Care Retirement Village (assisted living) and Clatsop Care Memory Community. Our mission is to provide a continuum of highest quality service and care to meet the physical, social and emotional needs of our community.

I spent two weeks here following a back surgery, friendly and knowledgeable staff from administration to the cooks and housekeeping.The staff works hard to make sure clients /guests needs are met.If I had to choose a place for my parents to be and not have to be concerned about their care this would be the place.

Our visit there of elderly family showed us what true compassion is! What a fun place to live. So many activities, church, and genuine dedication. We chatted with several residents who bragged about their lives. Thank you for your tender loving care!
