Friendly knowledgeable, staff excellent condition of the car inside and out, the reassurance that I had a number to call if there was any issues for the peace of mind. The checking in and checking out at enterprise was quick efficient and a wonderful experience. I definitely will be recommending it to friends and family and colleagues and rent again from the enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Always used Enterprise in the past. Now when you pick up the car it doesn't have a full tank of gas and they expect you to bring it back with the same amount in it. Just how do you calculate that?? And they won't take “tap” on their creditcard machines. Car was dirty inside.

I've rented from Enterprise many many times. My recent rental was super easy quick and pleasant to have to deal with. I recommend reserving your rental online, there is zero paperwork involved. You are in and out of the office in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Enterprise

I had an unfortunate incident with my rental and had to return it after hours. I expected frustration or hassle, but when I called the next morning, I was met with genuine empathy. Later that day, they even called just to make sure my family and I were okay. The heart and humanity of this staff truly set them apart—it turned a stressful situation into a reminder that kindness over greed still exists in customer service, and in the world around us, and I am truly grateful.

I cannot say enough good things about the employees at this Enterprise location.
I made a mistake with my initial rental date. I thought I had ruined my trip and would be stranded, but the team worked with me and got it sorted. As if that wasn't enough, they had great suggestions for sites to check out with great vistas!
I returned the rental car at a different location. 11 days after return Enterprise filed a claim saying that I had dented the car (which was not present on drop off inspection and clearly a mistake). The same day that I called to dispute the claim, the Astoria Enterprise team reached out to say they would be blocking the dispute. The team at the Astoria Enterprise goes above and beyond to help their customers. I can't thank them enough!
