This is true small town, genuine, authentic love for a trade. I brought in a very special necklace that had broken and the owner took a look and fixed it on the spot. I'd be comfortable taking just about anything here for repairs!

First time at this business, I went in to see if they could change the battey on my Seiko watch. Very friendly people, they had the battery changed in less then 5 minutes. The charge was reasonable.

We just stopped in town from our cruiseship and my wife broke her 14k necklace, we stopped in here and Frank was able to repair it in a few minutes and at a fair price. Excellent service!

When to get a new crystal for my watch very good customer service they had a new crystal on my watch and I was out of there in a half an hour for 20 Bucks Great Place!

Frank and Judy are the best. They fixed my chains with proper safety clasps at a reasonable price. They also cleaned and fixed our grandfather clock AT OUR HOUSE.

The owners at Loop-Jacobsen went above and beyond for me this Summer to make sure a birthday gift I ordered for my boyfriend made it on time. They kept in great contact, even when being out of town. Everything couldn't have turned out better.

Just stopped by there this afternoon on short notice to get a watch battery replaced as they are one of the few people that still do that. Apparently my watch takes 3 batteries ..... instead of replacing and charging me for all 3, the jeweler quickly diagnosed which one was at fault and simply replaced the one and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes with my working watch. Honest, timely and polite - traits in the retail/service sector that are getting harder to find - especially all in one location. Bravo!

Nice locally owned shop with great prices and service. A mom and pop shoppe that delivers. Just bought a nice gold necklace/pendant there for a gift and it was less than a chain store. They do clock and jewelry repair also. Honest folks.

Came in to get a battery replaced on a very heavy watch. Swole Brand. Frank had to figure it out cause it was tricky, but he did. 3 other jeweler's wouldn't even attempt it. Great place. highly recommend if you need a watch worked on. This guy is good at his craft
