“Paramount drug store is just like the old pharmacies of the past. The pharmacist there is a total stand up guy, and the team of women working there are so kind and caring. I had been on a road trip for several weeks and had some severe stomach issues from eating all kinds of foods and ran into Paramount drug to get some over-the-counter medicine. I realized I didn’t have any water to take the medication, so I ran back to the pharmacy and asked if they could help me so I could take it. The woman at the counter sprang into action and got me a bottle of water so I could take the pills. The pharmacist offered me bread and peanut butter said that would help. They asked me all about my trip and took time out of their busy schedule to listen to me and offer feedback. I’ve never been treated so kindly by a pharmacist and his team since I was young. This place brought back great memories of what a real Pharmacy is like. If I lived in Astoria, I would definitely use this place!! If you are in the area make sure you stop in, you won’t regret it!”

“We are traveling on oregon coast for the last three weeks from Salt Lake City. My wife came down with Covid and we had go urgent care by Safeway. The pharmacist and staff were absolutely excellent. The main pharmacist explained the use of medicine and she was extremely charming and helpful.
