Rose River Inn Bed & Breakfast is a beautiful and lovely home run by a kind, friendly, and passionate couple. The hosts are super nice, very accommodating, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. The house is well taken care of and absolutely beautiful, welcoming guests with a beautiful garden outside. The rooms are charming, unique, comfortable, and soothing, with great views of the river or ocean. The included breakfast is delicious, excellent, fresh, and perfect for cool mornings. Coffee and tea are available all day. The location is great for exploring Astoria, within walking distance of everything. Guests highly recommend this incredible place and would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful, historic Victorian. Stunning grounds and building, Pam and David are wonderful hosts. Great breakfast. Will definitely return.

Pam and David are excellent hosts! Rooms are lovely and decorated with nostalgic items. Bed was so comfy and our room, The River Suite, overlooked the Columbia River. The location is perfect; just a short walk down to the river and downtown Astoria. The breakfasts were amazing! If you’re coming to Astoria, stay here!

We had a really nice experience at Pam and Dave's lovely home. The home is well taken care of, has loads of antiques and interesting wall hangings and collections. The hosts are friendly and easy to talk with. We met some other guests and had nice chats with them. The breakfast is delicious!
