Intentionally understaffed. One cashier for a multi-million dollar operation. Go to Customer Service for anything, not even a complaint; they will get flustered, blame you & threaten to call the police. Astoria's shame.

Easy in, easy out and you can pump your own fuel now. There are full service pump as well and prices are WAY cheaper than Oregon
