“Awesome folks! My car was misdiagnosed by a different shop. I called Graf's crying and on the verge of hysteria after receiving the quote from the other shop. Graf's let me drop it off after hours and called me the next morning with the correct diagnosis and a quote that was $1200 less than what I was told by the other shop. The lady works in the office even picked me up after I dropped off my rental car and took me to pick up my car. I would highly recommend!”
“I was stuck on the side of a very desolate 2 lane hwy which was 24 miles away from ANYTHING as it was getting VERY dark... With my toddler as my back up ?AAA came through as always. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful as was the tow truck driver.I almost put 4 stars because the time for the tow truck to arrive was twice as long as I was told it would be, but again I was in the middle of nowhere...”
