“We had so much fun at this shop today! We were drawn in by the unique tshirts on display. The owner was very friendly and entertained our 7 year old son (and us adults) with several magic tricks. He kindly offered to ship a few t-shirts to my MIL’s home in MN. We will absolutely stop in again next time we visit Astoria!”

“Bought a variety of items at this shop when visiting relatives over the Thanksgiving holiday. What a wonderfully unique classy store! I bought a beautiful scented candle as a gift for my sister and she loves the scent and the beautiful glass pressed flowers lid! The person working in the store was kind enough to find a box for me so I could ship it. I bought a few other unique items as gifts that were well received! Highly recommend this shop for unique finds and lovely employees!”

“Here’s a crazy story:
I walked into this store looking for a very specific card game - NIMMT. Looked around for a long time, didn’t find it. The owner/store manager saw me struggle and walked up to check if they can help. I explained them the game and how the cards looked - obviously super confusing. Kindly enough, they looked it up online and did some quick research and found the English translation of the same game, called TAKE 5. They said the makers are one of their vendors and they can try and see if they can secure the game for us. I said sure, thanked and left - wasnt sure how far it’d go.
Couple of weeks later I get a call from the store saying they were able to get the game and i can pick up if i want to. By that time i had moved to Portland. I told them i can pick it up next time i am in Astoria if they can hold the game for me. And then this god send kind angel offers to ship it directly to me since they specifically got it for me. I was beyond grateful for the level of effort they were willing to put in. I hesitated a bit, feeling guilty and overwhelmed at the same time for them willing to make sure i had the game. They eventually shipped it to me, and i received it in the next week and since then it has been a family gathering favorite. We think of the store manager and thank them every time we play the game and recommend our friends checking out this cool store whenever they’re in Astoria!!!
