“They are very friendly and the service was great. The only minor issue I had was with the communication, my vehicle needed some bolts to be ordered and installed that I didn't know I needed. They ordered and installed them before talking to me about it and it made my bill go up obviously. Now I have no problem paying for the bolts ($42), my issue is they never said anything to me until I got back to pick my vehicle back up.Also when making the appointment for a diagnostic exam to be done they were telling me 3hrs and at the 8hr mark I had to reach out to them for updates on the status. I also wasn't told about the added cost until I return to pick up the vehicle. But 10/10 will be taking vehicles back in the future.”

“Awesome folks! My car was misdiagnosed by a different shop. I called Graf's crying and on the verge of hysteria after receiving the quote from the other shop. Graf's let me drop it off after hours and called me the next morning with the correct diagnosis and a quote that was $1200 less than what I was told by the other shop. The lady works in the office even picked me up after I dropped off my rental car and took me to pick up my car. I would highly recommend!”
