“I was on a road trip moving out of state with my 2 cats when one of them started acting erratically, meowing nonstop & clawing a big hole in his carrier. I pulled over & frantically started calling vets. Stayton Veterinary Hospital was able to squeeze me in & got him some medicine to calm him down so we could continue our trip. They were all so kind and friendly & it was such a life saver for me & my cat. Highly recommend!”

“My beautiful girl Olivia got spayed here and they did such a fantastic job. The wound from the surgery looked like the best I’ve ever seen out of all the cats I’ve gotten fixed throughout the years. Now that she’s all healed, you can’t even see where the wound was. She has minimal to no scarring. They treated her so well, I will definitely be bringing her back for needed future appointments.”
“Incredible experience, our first visit using PETCO benefit. The $$$ savings were unanticipated and very welcomed in a holiday month. Puppy warmed up as the providers knew exactly how to approach and make him feel comfortable. I usually do not leave reviews, but the way Dr. Karyn and tech supported my wild inquiries and made recommendations with thoughtfulness and authenticity, I just had to throw a shout out. My girl just came home today from a double procedure: dental extractions and a growth removal from her eye. Because of our past experiences, I was particularly concerned about the stress of the day. I was so impressed to see that the staff is incredibly well-informed on animal body language and safe handling techniques. They took the time to ensure she was comfortable and calm, which made a world of difference for her anxiety (and mine!).
The team was incredibly professional and handled these delicate procedures with such care; based on how she is doing so far, we foresee everything healing beautifully.

We have a senior kitty with several chronic illnesses, and their team have gone above and beyond to help manage her symptoms and keep her comfortable! They are very responsive and help us get her in quickly when she has urgent flare ups. The vets take their time each appointment to ensure owners understand what's going on, and their techs are so kind! Both vets here are awesome!”

“We had an Alpaca in labor showing signs of distress. Called our vet and they were unavailable. Called Scio and it was his day off. He came to the farm delivered the Cria. We lost the Cria as no heartbeat. So thankful he came out and saved our Momma. So thankful for his assistance.”
“They allow me to buy my cats C/d food in both wet and dry. Their prices are fair for both food and services and everyone is so friendly! They also occasionally have coupons for discounts on your food! 10/10 stars absolutely recommend! My only desire is that they're open on Fridays too! But everyone needs a break so it's completely understandable.”
“There's no direct phone line which makes some things difficult but thank you for trusting me that you guys were the quickest affordable option for treating my puppies cheek abscess. After she had proper pain control I was able to clean the wound and out came a grass seed! I'm thankful I can spend the money that would have gone to an emergency vet or X-rays on toys for her instead while she recovers on the antibiotics and pain meds you guys provided. I'm also glad she didn't have to spend hours waiting for an emergency vet in pain.”
“A friend and I brought his dog for vaccines and decided on one of their very reasonably priced packages which included a spay and other things. I had checked other clinics and this is by far the most reasonable. The vet and other techs were friendly and helpful. I was a licensed RVT in California msny years ago and from my experience would highly recommend this clinic.”
“I drive 45 minutes each direction for this vet clinic. I tried a local vet but they wouldn’t take on my dog, which turned out to have IBD. Dr. Ann read up on it and tailored a food and drug regimen, allowing Rusty to have a happy and athletic life until he passed. I’m loyal to the staff at Countryside for so much.”
“We brought our baby puppy in because she had swallowed a little stuffed animal. There was no way she was going to pass it the natural way. We were on our way in less than 10 minutes with the stuffed animal in hand. These people are so professional and awesome at what they do!”
