Very high priced. Good products but could be a little less expensive.

Gone there 3 different days of the week when they say they are open, and they aren’t so watch out you’ll end up driving there for nothing.

Small building but had a good variety of hazelnut items. Also available were various kinds of jelly/jams. I purchased a jar of peach jam for my husband and he said he hadn't had that kind in years.Shop was very clean and organized wonderfully as your eyes could scan products easily.Salesperson was most helpful as some in our group had not been here before and any question that was asked was explained easily and she did have samples available.Overall a good experience and shop is recommended.

I am heading out to visit some friends in North Carolina, so I wanted to bring them a taste of Oregon. To me, hazelnuts and marionberries epitomize Oregon. So I went online and discovered this factory just 10 minutes from my house. They've got a good selection of hazelnut products: Everything from dark chocolate, milk chocolate, savory seasoned hazelnuts, to butter pecan nuts. They've even got marionberry covered nuts, so you can get both Oregon specialties in one product. I, however, did not like those at all. I wish they had samples so you could try before you buy. That's what I was expecting. But I guess in 2022, Covid is still too much of a scare for that. I look forward to going back when that is a possibility again. For anyone looking for Oregon gifts, this is a good start.

Like their products and enjoy supporting Oregon's diverse agriculture, but I just ordered $150 worth of product and the discount code they sent via email did not come off--don't like deception from any company.

We had rarely ventured very far south of downtown Aurora, but I'm glad that we expanded our area of exploration a couple of years ago, and happened to notice the sign.Pacific Hazelnut has become a regular stop when showing out of town guests around, and is a wonderful spot for gift shopping, buying quality local items for our children that are currently living out of state. In the pre-pandemic times, samples made shopping here particularly easy, but everything is packaged to show off the contents, so even though you may not be able to have a taste up front, you are not likely to be disappointed. They have gift items, pre-packaged, but we enjoy looking around and gathering up our own custom bundles. Nuts, chocolate, jams/jellies, sauce mixes - it's a can't lose impulse purchase wonderland.

Dark chocolate hazelnuts? Yes, please! Discovered Pacific Hazelnut Candy Factory by chance as I was driving through Aurora for an afternoon of wine tasting. The sign with their name caught my eye while driving by the very non-descript building and there was no passing by without stopping! This is a small candy shop that is filled with yummy delights! Since I'm a dark chocolate fan, I was so happy to find several offerings, the double dark chocolate dipped blueberries and dark chocolate hazelnuts immediately went into my basket! I mean, what's to even think about? Also bought some salted hazelnuts and toffee hazelnuts while I was there. In addition to the individual bags of candy and nuts, they had several different variety platters containing 5-6 types of chocolate coated fruit or different types of hazelnuts. Their prices are fantastic, so affordable! A four ounce bag is just $5 and 8 ounces $7.75. Easily half of what it would cost in a store or even at a Farmers Market. They also have lots of syrups, jams, bbq sauces, olive oil, hazelnuts that are coated in different spices, wine and toffee. I will definitely remember this store when buying hostess gifts at Christmas and will stop in any time I am in the area! It is so worth a stop! All the local wine tasting spots also had bags in their shop for purchase. Wine and dark chocolate hazelnuts or salted hazelnuts is a perfect combo. Trust me. Hazelnuts are a local Oregon product. This is a local candy factory. Local farmers and shops need our support, more now than ever. So shop local! Purchase directly from the source. Soooooo good!
