Trash cans are overflowing, no water in the windshield washer buckets, no towels in the towel machines in the bathroom, and the Popeyes is woefully understaffed. The only reason I come here is because I have to.

My family and I came into the store for gas , drinks ect.. We got to the register she asked if we wanted bags I said "yes please" she continued to ring up items and my wife told her we also needed 30$ on pump 4. She didn't add the bag to the sale so she had to re ring up the order and she proceeded to act like we changed our mind about the bag and not that she forgot... Annoying and super rude whatever while we waited for our gas to be pumped we went to the popyes... they completely messed up the order however it was so chaotic that we didn't even try to get it fixed.. We went out to our car noticed no gas had been pumped of course we are confused as to why we talked to the attendant go inside with him to figure it out the cashier put our gas on pump 3 and someone else got it.. She took no accountability at all as a matter of fact she started yelling at me that she knew how to do her job.. She obviously didn't simply by the fact she was yelling at a customer.. I asked for a manager and began to wait I'm waiting and waiting and I see this unkept , kinda dirty tall guy with messy hair guess what yep that's the manager Jake.. He says he can't do anything he has to call someone a manager that can't manage like what is this place it was so unprofessional and my wife and I were about to lose our tempers so we left and called this morning.. Hoping to speak to a manager that manages..nope I got Jake again he was probably in the same clothes as yesterday he proceeded to tell my wife the cashier said you said pump 3 it's your fault and will not be getting your refund they didnt reviewany camera footageto check either storyjust took the word of a very young unprofessional cashier... So we will call corporate and the BBB and make a formal report. Since this store like to steal

Excellent truck service… not much of a wait as most t a ….. got me in and out within 30 min of course depending on issue but definitely sence of ergency here

Josh the mechanic was extremely rude, and very unprofessional. Not only did he yell at me on the phone as well as my boss. They double charge you for road side service calls. They will charge you for 8 hours of work when they were only there for 2 hours. They will charge you for things they didn't even fix. I really can't believe the TA really hired someone as rude and ignorant as they have to do road side calls.

Good staff, has the usual things a truck stop has. It's connected to a Popeyes chicken. They do not take EBT. Also their lighting needs to be fixed. To many lights are burnt out i.e. some of the signs, parking lot lights

I have to give em 2 stars because it's a big parking lot. I have to say parking lot is filthy. Tons of huge holes in payment. 6 employees standing here talking. No one can ring me up or clean a shower. Showers are abnormally dirty especially the floors

The management here should be fired. DEF is not available at all pumps and isn't marked on which pumps don't work. APPARENTLY PUMPS ONE AND TWO HAVE NOT HAD WORKING DEATH FOR QUITE A WHILE ACCORDING TO THE ATTENDANT BEHIND THE DESK. As far as the attendant behind the desk goes, had to wait nearly 5 minutes for anyone to even show up to the fuel desk to do their job. I'm not exactly sure what the criteria is to work here but it must be very low. In my opinion, this is one of the worst/forgotten about ta/petro truck stops.

Avoid this one. The washrooms are sopping wet and dirty, you will step in pee and bring it with you in your vehicle. The WiFi IS NOT FREE!!! Even Walmart has free wifi. Top of it all, the employees are miserable and complain about how little they are paid.
Don’t even bother going here.

0/10 for the shower number 5! It is so bad that I did not even use it .
This is the worst shower I have seen in my 7 year trucking career .
I haven’t had a shower in over a week now and this was very disappointing for me . I have been so busy trucking OTR that this was my only day that I had time to shower . You guys really let me down this time, Aurora ,Oregon .

Got lucky and they everything I needed and Popeyes was good too
