“45 minutes after leaving for a roadtrip to the red woods, I got a flat tire on the freeway. The back of my car was completely full up with stuff so getting to the spare and everything was a nightmare. I called this Les Schwab when it happened, which was 40 minutes before they closed and they put a set of tires on hold for me. After putting on the spare and getting there, they were super quick and were really nice and friendly. They even loaded my giant, heavy yeti cooler back into the car after putting the spare back. They were a god send and I am so grateful. Quick and easy and so helpful in a less-than-ideal situation.”

“Zach at the Tire Service Center did a fantastic job for me. It was a walk-in appointment, but it was handled promptly. Zach corrected diagnosed the issue, and suggested a sensible and appropriate repair (a different shop elsewhere had recommended a repair that was more expensive, and somewhat dubious). Of course prices for tires and parts at Costco are usually excellent. My car was quickly fixed and I went on with life. If only every trip to a car mechanic could be this good. Two thumbs up.”
“Our newly rented van’s tire lost a lot of pressure within 30 minutes of pickup at PDX. The rental company’s solution was going to take 6+ hours to fix the situation. Instead, we took it in to Les Schwab who had the tire patched within 25 minutes of our arrival and we were on our way. We were so thankful for the quick, friendly and helpful response.
