My P.O. Box and my home address both get mail often that have WRONG ADDRESS written on the envelopes. The address and information is all correct but for some reason for the past couple years.... I just keep getting my mail that has obviously been sent to the wrong place then finally to the correct address. I can't imagine how many things have been lost or thrown away by neighbors eh this isn't mine ?♂️ I also get other people's mail too ?♂️Wish people took pride in their jobs now days.

You can tell the incompetence as soon as you meet some of the staff walking in to this Post Office. 1st issue- if their scanner doesn't work, they have no idea what do next. #2 -I've heard from other Aurora residents that tried to mail packages to known addresses but this post office couldn't confirm the address existed. #3 - I have personally had to deal with 3 different managers over the last year or so...quitters?? The PO doesn't fire anybody... So, save time and hassle and skip this post office as they are untrained and completely incompetent.

What a joke, driver refused to deliver my package from amazon which clearly stated on top of it to deliver to the door , then put in the system that it wasnt the correct address and immediately sent it back, when i approached the post master he told me he would look into it and give me a call back , took down my name and number , i never heard back , so i went in after digging myself and finding that nothing had been done to log a complaint about the driver( if that had been meds they could of killed someone ) only to be told that the postmaster wasnt in and theyd leave a message , they took down my name and number again , postmaster never called , so i went in again and finally was able to speak to him , he brushed it off when i said i was waiting to hear back , he refused to log the complaint claiming that its protocol to not deliver without a mailbox, dont see how protocol could change state to state for a federal entity , and its never been an issue in any other city ive lived in. Only this specific post office. So BEWARE OF THEM SCAMMING YOU OUT OF THE MONEY PAID FOR THEM TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE.

Can't deliver mail to the proper address half the time and at least once a week mail doesn't show till 8pm I get my paycheck in the mail and you delivering it and other things to my neighbors instead of my home screws me over and makes me not a very nice customer when I do see you slow drivers

What the actual f****** Had a poster delivered and left hanging half way out of the mailbox...in the rain. Get out of the truck and walk the 20 steps to the door. This is sad.

I love everyone at this post office. What I don't love are the customers that ignore the signs on the doors that say masks are REQUIRED! Come on people!! Wear your masks!

The ladies that work here are always friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem with this location of USPS. My only concern is that there is not a direct number to this location. Thanks for all your help!

Make sure to get a receipt even if you drop off a package with a tracking number. Dropped a several hundred dollar return item on Thursday, still no update on tracking information to even verify its been received. Closed all weekend, so if I'm lucky might so info by Monday? This is ridiculously slow and does not instill faith in the US Postal Service.

The people behind the counter have been very personable each time I've had to send a package. Always a smile. Even had one share a funny joke. As a big city girl, I love how friendly small towns are.
