What an amazing place! Aurora Vineyards is the perfect spot to spend a beautiful afternoon with friends or family. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful landscaping, a relaxing outdoor atmosphere, and plenty of great spots to sit back with a glass of wine and enjoy the scenery.

The wine was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the whole experience felt relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. It’s the kind of place where you plan on stopping by for a little while and end up wanting to stay all afternoon.

If you’re in the Aurora area or looking for a fun winery to visit in Oregon, definitely put Aurora Vineyards on your list. Great wine, beautiful surroundings, and an atmosphere that makes for some great memories. We had an awesome time and will absolutely be back! 🍷”

“What a fun experience! I am the Life Enrichment Director for The Arbor and we took our residents on a great adventure thanks to farmer DJ! We got to feed, hold, pet, and learn about the animals they have on the farm. Due to walking restrictions, wheelchairs, and walkers he was nice enough to bring he animals to us! “We had a wedding at this LOVELY place on June 6 2026. I have been in events for 20 years and it was such a gift to have Lesley and her team take over and make the day perfect. It rained, but was still lovely as their space allows for indoor/outdoor vibes very easily. Even though we had a smaller wedding (30 ish people) they managed to make things feel cozy and created a warm and welcome space despite the wind. There are SO MANY places to take adorable photos! And our photogropher commented that she had never worked with a venue with better communication before. 100% reccomend checking out Lavendar Owl Farm for your next wedding or event. We are already thinking of 50th birthday party celebration there! (Also be smart and work with Melissa for your bar and flowers - she is the BEST!)”

“First time at a renaissance fair in 10 years, and it was a BLAST! Tons of people and cosplayers, amazing merchants, good food, and fun entertainment! Bought two swords as well, cause why not!”

“We rented the space June 2024 for our son’s high school graduation. The rates were $75 an hour plus $50 for the liquor license- only beer, champagne and wine is allowed to be served- you do not need a licensed bartender.

The space is very large. It can easily hold up to 100 guests between the upstairs and downstairs. We held our party upstairs and used the downstairs as a prep area.

Upstairs the space has 4 large sit down tables with chairs that can easily seat 8 guests per table. There are also 6 rectangle fold up tables that we used to set up the food. There is also a small stage where we set up a Photo Booth.

There are several outlets if you need to plug electrical items in but they are spaced far apart so depending on your needs you may need to bring an extension cord. We used the outlets for our electrical food warmers for our buffet.

There is air conditioning downstairs and while there may be air conditioning upstairs it doesn’t feel like it. The space only has two fans that operate so it got warm but we kept the doors and windows open for airflow and on an 80 degree day it was manageable.

The kitchen downstairs is really large. There is a refrigerator, oven with a stove top and microwave. You will need to bring your own cooking equipment and utensils.

There is a lot of parking around the facility and in the neighborhood. This was important to us because we had 50 guests who were all driving themselves to the event.

Items we brought for our party:

1) Bluetooth speaker for music that we set up to our Spotify list. There is no WiFi.

2) There is a tv but I don’t think it works so we brought a small tv so our guests could watch the Beavers game. My husband connected it through his phone.

3) We rented a corn hole set through Party Factory and there was plenty of space inside to set it up. We also brought our own giant Jenga. We also rented some tall cocktail tables for $11 a piece through Party Factory in Oregon City- it’s two exits from the event space.

Tips:
The doors are tricky to open and lock. There is a hex key you need to put into the door bar to lock the bar in place so your guests don’t get locked out. It’s hanging up on the wall next to the door.

I highly recommend this place for an event especially at the price point it’s rented out through the city of West Linn.”

“Had a birthday party here and it was great!

Jonna, Cynthia, and staff made it super simple to book the party and make sure I was getting the right birthday package. They answered all my questions in emails and on the phone during the booking process. It was well coordinated from start to finish.

We got the blast package for 10 kids (4th and 5th graders). I was worried there wouldn't be enough food and drink, but actually there was leftover pizza and cake. The soda did run low but we made do.

We did the birthday party before skating. I was concerned about the kids feeling too full of food or getting sick while skating after, but everyone had a good time and it all went well.

This was one of the best birthdays for my kid we've had in a while.”

“The entire staff here is awesome. Our stay had to be extended and they were helpful and friendly. I needed help with places to shop, uber, getting food etc. The staff helped with all our needs. Good customer service is rare these days but not at this Holiday Inn!!!!”
