“In July some damage was done to my F-150 that wasn't my fault. I took it in for a quote so that the other party could get it fixed. It was still drivable so I continued to drive it while they waited for the parts to come in. I dropped it off on 8-2-24 and got it back today, 8-12-24. They did a excellent job matching the paint and even washed it. I would recommend them to anyone that I like. Very satisfied customer.”

“We are campers and purchased a Napa battery at a different location a couple months ago. When we arrived at our Sumpter camp our battery was dead. We drove to Les Schwab to see if it would take a charge. They advised us a cell was bad. We headed over to Napa/Baker City and the assistant was the most helpful he exchanged our bad battery with a new Rv battery. We couldn't thank Napa enough. Beautiful camping trip.”
