“We are campers and purchased a Napa battery at a different location a couple months ago. When we arrived at our Sumpter camp our battery was dead. We drove to Les Schwab to see if it would take a charge. They advised us a cell was bad. We headed over to Napa/Baker City and the assistant was the most helpful he exchanged our bad battery with a new Rv battery. We couldn't thank Napa enough. Beautiful camping trip.”

“We came in last night traveling from AZ to WA and had an issue on our vehicle. Didn’t get there until 7:35 (closing at 8) and Cody was great! Tested the battery which was bad (thankfully they had one!) and hung around a few minutes after closing to test the alternator too (just to make sure). Turned what could have been a miserable experience, stranded while traveling, into just an inconvenience. Thanks again for your great customer service-these two weary travelers really appreciate you!! 😊”
