“I am humbled by this community of Baker Oregon. We broke down at midnight. And patiently waited until Napa was able to open and help assist us with parts. All of staff helped us during a challenging time when not a single repair shop was open! They went above and beyond to find us obsolete parts for a European car. They allowed us to pull off parts and rebuild part of the serpentine belt and pulley system in their parking lot. Not an easy task on a whim without the right tools let alone European parts. Not to mention how amazing all of their clients are who offered us help on trying to modify parts to work that weren’t fitting properly. I’m still so shocked at how wonderful this community has treated us. Thank you for not only catering to our needs, but for really helping us make back on the road safely as it wasn’t an easy task. ?”

“I ordered tires to replace the original tires on my new (to me) 1986 Honda Rebel, and then it took me nearly a 2 months to come up with the money due to some hardships that hit my bank account. No pressure. The staff were all patient. When I took my bike in, they stated they were down a mechanic and it would be 'a while' before my bike would be ready - tenth on the list. Little over a week later, I received a call stating it was done. I was expecting that it would take SEVERAL weeks. " I need another week to get paid, before I can pick it up." I told them. Their attitude with me was so patient, and amazing. I am a first time bike owner, new rider and I asked them and at least a hundred different questions. they answered every single one.I read the reviews from others. I'm mostly broke, with no time or money to spare. These guys were NOTHING like negative reviews stated. Nothing. I took a chance, and I am SO glad I did. With all the work done, besides the tires, the price was way more than reasonable. I am so grateful for humans being human beings. There was no high pressure sales pitch for anything. Their work, the guarantee of their work, and their friendly service and attitude has made a life time customer of me.”
