Our kids bought this dodge ram 1500 from these guys and took it back there to have warrenty work done on it took 2 mos to get their pickup back and still not everything got fixed on it. Beware the excuse was i am short handed. There is no excuse for it taking 2 mos to fix a pickup

Took my Chevy Silverado in for servicing in preparation for a road trip to Alaska. Got as far as cabbage hill when the transmission failed. (2yr old trans still under warranty). Pulled into O Reilley’s to get a reading on the code. Said the shift solenoid threw a code but seemed to correct itself. Drove into Canada but still seemed to be slipping. Decided to have a Chevy service center check it out. Turned out that transmission was overfilled by 1.5 quarts. Believed that to be the problem. $200 later back on the road. Very disappointed that this error in filling my transmission occurred. Won’t go back.
Update:
Went back to discuss issue I had with the service on my truck. They refunded the total cost on the transmission service and split the cost of the service I had to address the problem when on my trip. Very pleased with their response.

We just purchased our third vehicle from the baker garage it was an absolutely enjoyable experience Dusty our salesperson is amazing not high pressure at all worked with us for several months to find the right deal. I wouldn't even consider purchasing something anywhere else!!!

Due to a personal issue I had to back out of my purchase. But Mark, Gentry and Josh really went the extra mile to help me with every single issue I had.
