In July of 2023, my car broke down 35 miles outside Baker City. Was towed into town by Blue Mountain Towing (excellent) and my car dropped off at Mike Bork Auto (also excellent) at the end of the day. I stayed overnight in a hotel and wandered Baker City the next day when Mike was able to take a look at it. Fortunately, the repair was straightforward (for Mike) and was back on the road at the end of the day.While I spent the day hanging out in Baker City, of the six people I mentioned my car issues to, every one of them said Mike Bork is the guy to go to, which was very reassuring.

Back in July, we'd towed our tiny trailer to a campground at Sumpter Valley. Just as we arrived, we could no longer switch gears. Had our now broken tow vehicle towed by Blue Mountain Towing (great guy) out to Baker City and Mike Bork Auto Repair, late in the day. I stayed overnight in a hotel and the next day dropped off keys with Mike Bork. The transmission linkage had come apart (just months after Ford had done a recall on this exact item to prevent the transmission linkage from coming apart .... hmmmm). Anyway, Mike took care of it, didn't cost much either. As I wandered around town that day, the half dozen + people I told about my car troubles - every one of them said Mike is the guy to go to. That's impressive!

Thanks to mike bork auto they kindly informed me that the owner of eastside deisel totally ripped me off.. I paid over 350$ to have my plugs replacedand he only replaced ONE! NEVER refunded me my money or at the very least gave me the remaining plugs back i paid for. From now on ill definitely use bork auto!! Lesson learned to NEVER use eastside deisel again!#
