I depend on several serious medications for my health and rite aid pharmacy, unfortunately, is in charge of refills. At the time of beginning this review I have been on hold for FIFTY minutes to refill. I have spoken to a manager who said he would "speak" to the pharmacy and inform them of my excessive wait time (at that time, half an hour). Shortly, I was transferred over to the pharmacy and a pharmacist picked up the phone, not allowing me to speak, stating that this was, indeed, rite aid pharmacy and I would need to hold. Back on hold. After ten more minutes another clerk got on the line and informed me she couldn't help. I was exasperated, informing her that hold times were excessive to refill prescriptions. She said the pharmacy was contracted to an "outside company" and she couldn't do a thing. Back on hold. Fifty five minutes. I think it also pertinent to mention that the reason I am on hold in the first place to refill medications is because I am set up on delivery, and every time I order through their phone, or online systems, my medications don't arrive. They seem to arrive on their own schedule, and certain ones not at all. I have now been on hold an hour and counting...I really wish there were more options for pharmacies in eastern Oregon. It's just so remote where I live. A shame a customer should be subjected to this, and at the risk of being forced to compromise one's own health! Shame on them! I am going to go ahead and click "post" now at one hour and five minutes attempting to refill three prescriptions over the course of three phone calls, an ineffectual manager, and a rude pharmacist. Way to go rite aid!

The staff was super nice. The store was very clean and well organized. They had a good selection of cosmetics and I found all the brands I like. O complaints.

Would not even give a star but have to in order to leave a review. Took three weeks to get my prescriptions refilled. This rite aid store should not even be open the pharmacy can't even do there job. I called Walmart to have my prescriptions switched to them last week and rite aid hasn't even sent the fax back to Walmart yet it's been over a week. Now you can't even speak to anyone on the phone cuz you can't get anyone to answer the phones

By far, the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. 4 hrs in line to get one prescription that has already been filled. Hire more staff to help!

Standing in line for 1 1/2 hrs to get your Rx to only find out it's not filled and waiting more time for it to be filled is unacceptable. I called Customer Service a month ago and was supposed to get a call back from Regional Manager...and have received no call back. The problem is clearly management, the Regional Manager and their supervisor. Not addressing a known problematic pharmacist for years and, now, not adequately staffing the pharmacy. I get the feeling RiteAid doesn't care about rural areas.

Baker city oregon rite aid pharmacy closed without warning to everyone who used it. I now have 1 day left of sezuire meds and going to have to travel 45 to 60 miles to get it and that will only be if they have it.So disappointed in Rite aid, I was told by a supervisor that they had a new tech coming in yesterday (Thursday) and so I waited, and here we are still without. On Friday guess I waited to long. If I could I would give this a place a zero

I really appreciate your workers in this Baker city store, they’ve always been able to trade my make up out when it doesn’t work out for me.However I turned in some rolls of film months ago, and never heard anything and when I go in the store and ask they simply say it got lost. One of those films was from my mothers camera and she died in 08 and I’ve been hanging onto her camera. So as I don’t really know it was on the other rolls of film because I’ve had them in. my drawer for year's, it is important that I get my mothers film developed or returned.I just get a go-hum answer when I call or ask in the store And no one can tell me a thing. Also when you want to digitally print some pictures from your phone or device, there’s no Internet connection at the store so you can’t download and print anything....it doesn’t make any sense. How can you have a machine that’s a computer when there’s no Internet.

I've been coming to this store since I can remember. Although prices are a bit high on many regular priced items, if you watch out for clearance sales, ad sales or can get to Gold status with your rewards account, the prices are much better. They carry a great selection of makeup, shampoo, conditioner, hair color, and OTC medications.The reason that I gave only one star is because things at this particular store have gone down hill in the last year. There is a new (fairly new) manager who has decided that she can change Rite aid's policies as she sees fit. Rite Aid's return policy clearly states: "If you do not have your receipt but you have your wellness+ card or phone number used during the original purchase, we can look for your transaction 48 hrs after the original purchase date and provide you with a full refund on your original purchase price." However, I was told that that isn't true even after i read the policy verbatim directly off their website to her...i was then asked to leave and not return.
