Call them to see if they have a part for my brand of dryer samsung or LG need the heating element they only had few brand they work on will sorry samsung and LG are major brands. NOT THE BEST WAY TO RUN BUSINESS AND MAKE LIVING.

I went in to buy my husband a propane grill, fully prepared to spend $500-$600, and after talking to the sales staff I ended up leasing it instead for $40 per month. The staff is very helpful, I spoke to the new store manager Shea who was very knowledgeable and got me the best deal possible. I will definitely be back for any other needs in the future. Couldn't be more happy with my experience here at Sears Hometown Baker City, would definitely recommend checking here first for any needs.

I have purchased every major appliance for the last five years at this store. The people are friendly, will go out of their way to get what you want, and make sure that set up is done correctly. I always get a good deal and they make a habit out of doing what they say they will do. Baker City is extremely lucky to have this gem right in the center of downtown. Thanks for the great service.

Great service! Delivered/installed the new washer for a reasonable price!! Plus, they even hauled the old washer away!!! So easy for me! A bit pricey, but worth it! Shea was VERY helpful and informative! Thanks guys!!!

I needed a large freezer and needed it asap.. I called sears spoke with the manager Shea, he told me what he had and that he could get it to me as soon as I needed it, the freezer was there before I could clean an area to put it in.. The service was fast and efficient, they brought the freezer in set it up and even helped us with stocking it... I thought the service was very professional, fast, and helpful so much that I went back the next week and bought a vacuum....Keep up the good work...Thank you...I will come back again
