We stayed at several hotels recently and this one was by far the best. Very clean room, it was a big room with fridge and microwave, comfy bed and pillows, clean sheets that smelled good, full size toiletries for use in room, amazing pool and hot tub, laundry facilities for $1.50, and the breakfast was amazing, actual breakfast & not just muffins. Good coffee. Shout out to Autumn Taylor for great service! We will stay again

It checked all the boxes. The room was clean and spacious. The toiletries were of quality and the morning breakfast was delicious. They had waffles, toast, eggs… not rubbery runny or anything like that of the like. Fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy. Yummmm. It was pre Covid style and so delish. We saw laundry on-site, and the pool area looked decent too. Everyone was friendly and the check in and out process quick too.Seattle to Georgia, we’ll keep a look out for another one on our way.

Right off the interstate so super easy access. The room had a microwave and small fridge but it was missing a shelf which cut down on usefulness. Air conditioner was so loud you couldn't hear the tv. Room was clean and towels were nice. The staff was outstanding, always helpful and kept the place spotless. Breakfast offered eggs, waffles, toast, cereal, biscuits and gravy, and yoghurts as best I recall. There is an indoor pool and hot tub as well as a washer and dryer. My only complaint is there is no greenspace. It is plunked down on a slab of concrete, next to the interstate. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but I was there for an extended amount of time and a green area to relax in would have been welcomed.Safety: Felt extremely safe here. No undesirables loitering about. Keyed entrance.

Won't stay there again! Has anyone else been charged the $250 smoke cleaning fee? We are 70+year olders and both X-smokers for over 35 years! X-smokers detest the smell tobacco yet alone pot!!! This super 8 charged us, of course, after we checked out. Think about it---what a scam. Just charge your guests credit card after they have left and see who is going to fight the accusation!!! If we got charged, I think there must be a lot more!!! What and easy and money making scam! $250--double there normal room rate, just for a simple credit card entry!!!

I forgot things at hotels before and always got a call. This time I forgot phone charger & battery pack and never got a call, and we tipped decent. The amount of tip could have bought a nice charger and battery. For some reason I assumed someone getting a decent tip would not mind having office make a simple call.

I liked the containers of toiletries in the bathroom. Reduces waste. I like the recycling, the pool is great. Nice to have laundry facilities. I was so happy to have my dog with me. The breakfast choices were excellent! Never had such fluffy biscuits. The location was perfect for my travel route.Rooms: I am a senior recovering from hip surgery, I appreciated the use of room for disabled on the first floor.

We stay for the pool and breakfast. We Enjoy our stay every time. They have great quality shampoo and conditioner dispensers . Also body wash and lotion dispensers.Rooms: As a family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The youngest sleeps in a playpen. We usually rent 2 queen beds. Last time we rented a single king bed with a hide a bed couch. We had so much more space for the kids and everyone still slept comfortably

We've stayed here at least twice a year over the last 10 years and I'm really disappointed this time. There were exposed wires down the hallway that were flickering. There were a large group of middle school kids who were both rude and playing chicken. When asking if they would please stay in the 4ft plus area because we had little kids, one of the kids became super rude. No parents were around and when seeking help from the front desk, it was met with hesitance to deal with the large group of kids. Also, the charger they advertised was not working and the staff member did not know anything about it.

My family stayed at Super 8, 6/22-6/26/23 for the Baker City Cycling Classic. The staff was very helpful, always asking if we needed anything. Good breakfast, eggs, biscuits/gravy, cereal and waffles. The pool and hot tub were great! Our room was clean and AC worked! We would definitely stay here again.

How does a place like this survive without blackout curtains? Light bled through so bad during the day, it still looked like daylight at dark! Also, the microwave was really obnoxious: cheap, loud, small, partially broken, slow to cook. Even worse, don’t expect any other guests to have respect (especially families). It was quite noisy! Not to mention…. the first call you make is really obnoxious and the lady was hard to understand (not American as if it was in a call center and she didn’t seem to care about my time) and I doubt she even worked there! I could be wrong… Anyway, the call sounded like a mind-numbing corporate sales pitch to offer points if I “complete my profile first”. The front desk lady was maybe friendly (couldn’t tell) but not over-polite like I’m used to front desk attendants being. You’ll have handicap/auto-open front doors and blackout curtains for the same price or less at other motels/hotels/inns, including places with an in-room tub. I will look forward to skipping Super 8 in Baker City next time… I’ll travel some more cities before stopping if it means a restful night where my money is well spent.

NEVER AGAIN!! The rooms are not only super dated, but more importantly they are disgusting. Our room had toenail clippings, and a used ear plug on the carpet that had clearly not been vacuumed. The fridge had old food in it, and the tub had mildew. We were moved to a different room, but it was still dirty. The young girl at the counter was very unfriendely upon check in and when we reported the room, she said something to the tune of "this place, I am going to quit my job". The hotel itself is very loud. The highway noise is close by, and the beds are very noisy. It was $233 to stay in complete filth.

The room was ok. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. I would stay there over night again if passing thru and needed a pit stop. There was a faint smell of old smokers room when you first entered the room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was not great. No more auto pancake machine. Waffles were good. Scrambled eggs had a bad oil taste like the oil used on the pan was bad.
