“Being a tow truck operator myself traveling to a different state for another towing gig my personal truck happened to break down just outside of baker city Oregon even through the mess with AAA and the multiple phone calls trying to find help these guys were awesome gave us a ETA and met the ETA on arrival customer service was excellent very friendly very efficient as a tow truck operator I would recommend these guys to anyone in the Oregon area or traveling through the Oregon area GREAT WORK GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! However knowing I was stranded he made sure I got to a decent hotel, and provided me with information on making it to my next destination. Obviously needing a tow is never a positive thing but Josh made sure it was as easy on me as possible.”

“Called in a panic, as I was 1.5 hours away from my nephew who had locked not only his keys but his cell phone as well inside his car. Spoke with a very calm, wonderful guy named Chris (I think, I could be mistaken as I was in a whirlwind of stress!) who said not to worry, he'd be over to where my nephew was in 10 to 15 minutes and would have him back in the car in no time and he'd call me when it was done. He did everything he said he'd do, and in record time! I was so relieved, and thankful to have such a great company to step in and make me feel taken care of in a moment's notice.
