The lady had everything ready to go.. no issues..Too bad we had to drive 3 hours tho to rental a car transport trailer.. it's outrages that Boise Nampa Caldwell Ontario Oregon did not have any except for day useI will give u haul company it's self a 0 because our extra expense and Time
