I opened an account the 2 they overnight my card I still haven't received it and when it came they closed my account without a phone call or message

I have been with US Bank for 29 yrs. The Mgr I found to be rude and condescending. She had no interest in helping me. So very sad. Too bad she doesn't like her job.
