After getting a fifty dollar bill at the outside atm I went inside to get change. There were two tellers, each with a customer. When one teller was done with the transaction she looked at me, said nothing, and closed the small counter doors. She literally meandered toward the center of the room, shuffling around, and began counting money. I waited at least another five minutes before the other teller was available. I immediately complained about being shunned by the other teller. I explained that the woman’s silence was rude and if she simply said something like, “she’ll be with you in a minute” or “Is there something I can do for you quickly?” The teller I complained to said she was sorry. She then said, “I hope you have a better day “ in a condescending tone.I’m finding this to be always common at this bank. We’d totally change banks if it were not so complicated. Service consistently sucks here.

We tried to start my sons 1st account online, didn't work then we made a phone appointment to do it, she went thru everything then said we had to come in. We went in signed all the papers...she then said we could get his debit card if we came in the following morning, went in again ..she SD she had to order it but would rush it and we would have it today. Today we call online banking and they said he wouldn't have his card for 7 to 10 business days. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT in this branch

I have been with US Bank for 29 yrs. The Mgr I found to be rude and condescending. She had no interest in helping me. So very sad. Too bad she doesn't like her job.

Great bank . They gave ne my cash advance, also said you can take out up to 1000 from their ATM without charge. Thank you so much . All other banks in town say no because i dont have a account. Only use this bank in Baker City !!!

How am I supposed to deposit money in this bank when it is Closed? Even when it is supposed to be open

This bank is ridiculous- it should not take an hour to deposit a check through the drive through but yet doesn't matter what time of day - if they are open they have cars lined up clear to the street. Definitely not somewhere you want to bank if you have other things to do.

People are nice but bank hours are the worst. People who work a normal 9-5 might as well just keep their money in a paper bag at their house.There is online banking but if you need to do anything other that transfer funds online there is no access to customer help. Only open 10am - 4 pm which is useless.

There's Gold in them hills! I been panning for decades and had heard of these beauties. Finally got to see them with my own eyes and they deliver! An 82 oz. nugget on display here folks, free of charge, along with a vast amount of cast iron frying pans full of the biggest nuggets ever! Worth the walk-in, and to think these samples survived smelting for viewing all these years later is a real treat. Rachel Lee
