I went to Baker us cellular and I'm telling u I felt important Hannah and I forgot the 1 who actually helped me darn it BOTH OF THEM ANYWAYS IT WAS YESTETDAY OCTOBER 11TH AT 2:20 PM they were only 2 there and I think the 1 who helped me was actually on break but SHE STOPPED what she was doing and helped me so both of them 10 STARS I was in and out I was worried cuz I had to be at work so I thought I was gonna be late BUT I WASNT they were just GREAT I LEFT THERE FEELING GREAT ALSO

Abby Delong and her husband are orchestrating scams through Facebook. They are fraudulent individuals, and I have reported both of them to Facebook and PayPal. She claims to represent the values of USCellular in Baker city in Oregon, I urge you not to engage in any transactions with her or the company. She have access to your personal information and could exploit it for financial gain.

Iam actually kim webber....but I went into the store in baker city yesterday July 11 2023 AND THE BEST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD AT US CELLULAR I was in and out also her name was Stephanie just outstanding service!!!

"This isn't an actual US Cellular store," this came directly from the young rep's mouth. They "work off of commission" and it was apparent because there were people in there buying new phones that she was eager to help. Obviously they aren't interested in helping unless you are trying to buy merch. She tried telling me she couldn't give me an e-sim in store, when I literally got one in store, not even 3 months ago (see pic for proof). She said she was new, and hasn't ever done it. I asked her if I could get her manager's card and she wouldn't give me one, instead she "called" her manager right in front of me. Girl, you need an attitude adjustment; you could have just told me that you don't know how to do it, and politely ask me to come back. Management, why would you leave someone who is so green behind the ears to work without supervision? This was one of the worst in-store experiences of my life. I've never been talked down to like that before. She tried telling me to call 611 and they could do it over the phone. Wrong, 2 different reps told me that I have to go into the store and have it done in person. So either those 2 reps were wrong or ms attitude needs to be trained properly. Just called the 2nd closest store and they said to come in and they will give me one at no charge. They told me they get a lot of customers who come in with complaints about the aweful service they receive from the Baker store.

I switched from Verizon to US Cellular. Joel and Michelle made the processes very easy. When I went in to switch Joel was the only person there and he did very good with helping me and helping others as well so they didn’t have to wait long. And Michelle is the absolute sweetest and VERY knowledgeable. Thank you both!

New review after having service with them for 3 months....
They double bill you and change payment dates. Joel in the store is a jerk. Couldn't answer any questions just telling me what my account profile said.. Which I could see on my phone.. Get some training. I switched back to Verizon.. Beware of us cellular..look at their BBB report it says it all there too.
April is awesome .. Answered all my questions, got us upgrades, and accessories!!! Ask for her to get assistance when you go in!!

The salesmen are amazing at multi-tasking and helping people figure out the their phones, not just selling phones but explaining how to use them when they could be selling phones. They take their personal time to explain phones. I appreciate their commitment in a busy business. not a government agency who will take all day answering questions and not prioritize for paying customers.

We have went in several times with issues or asking upgrade questions and NEVER get a correct answer.
Call US Cellular directly and tell them what I was told and the agent usually asks if I am sure I was in a US Cellular store...
Worth the 45 min drive to LaGrande to get to a corporate store and get honest answers.
