Showed up a quarter til closing time along with a few other customers behind me but the lady waited on everyone in a timely and very kind manner. Her face was new and she did one heck of a great job considering she was the only one up front!

In the past 5 months I have mailed 6 envelops Certified Mail so that I can track the package and see if it was delivered. Of the 6 mailings, I have had trouble with 4 of them. I mailed 2 certified letters at the same time; one to Boise, ID and the other to Fresno, CA. They both ended up being delivered to the Fresno, CA address. In 2012, there was talk of closing some of the Post Offices nationwide because they were 12 Billion over budget. Their budgets are bloated and they still fail at their simple mission - letter delivery! So utterly pathetic!! Now I find myself driving 12 miles out of my way to Haines, OR with the hope they can do better. I may write my US Representative and Senator to let them know of my satisfaction level.
