The beer is OK and the pizza is pretty good, but this review is about the service. We ordered a Mediterranean pizza, told would take 30-40 mins, and 45 minutes later, the server delivered a Hawaiian pizza. When we pointed out it was the wrong order, she realized she delivered our pizza to the wrong table a couple of minutes ago. That table already started eating the pizza (bizarre that table didn’t point it out) meant for our table and basically given a free pizza to go. The least they could do is apologize after bringing our pizza an hour after we ordered, but they never acknowledged their mistake. Just said a lot of people ordered the same thing (not true). A simple apology would’ve sufficed.

This brewery has great brews and great vibes! Everyone is treated as a regular. Beers are cold, fries are amazing, and the pizza? Smells otherworldly! (Can't speak to the taste, yet, we ordered it to go)Ranch and Bleu Cheese dressings are made in house.Friendly staff, good vibes, good beer. 10/10 will return!

This place is a total win. Great food, good vibes, and excellent service! Had an amazing experience with Carley (sorry if my spelling is off). All the beers we sampled were awesome but the "Worth the wait" was absolutely killer! I would definitely stop again next time I'm headed through. The owner also was friendly and made us feel welcome. 10/10 would recommend.

Being a local we really wanted to support this business. Tonight after 7 years of constant disappointment I finally asked for my money back and walked out.This review in no way reflects on the cycle of people that work there, many of which also work elsewhere in town, and are hard workers who show up.We also know to avoid "peak times": winter early evening in the middle of the week is not a peak time, so you'd expect to have relatively decent experience. You'd be wrong.Just know if you want to put an order in over the phone, first sacrifice your first born while casting a summoning spell, and hope that the phone does not immediately go to a full voicemail box.Second if you decide to take your chances: when you stand in line to order, understand not only does the cashier take orders but has to run the bar and drinks as well as give out continuous "samples".... and wouldn't you know it; that's when the phone starts to work, so you have to wait while they take a phone order. Generally to order, you usually have to wait 10-15 min in line on a good day.Meanwhile the roll up door is open, and you are freezing your butt off.The kitchen is pretty consistent and fast.The pizza makers are doing their best to make the pies, but in 7 years we have had more Pepperoni and Mushroom pizza orders come to the table as Pineapple and mushroom.To top that off: if you are lucky the first pizza will arrive 40-60 minutes after your kitchen order. If it's incorrect you have to wait another 30-40 min because the remake is at the back of the order line.Lastly if you say anything all you get is: we only have 4 people on staff and it's really busy as you can see... When in actuality you arrived at non-peak times, ordered a simply with no substitutions, and waited an hour before the pizza was even put in the oven.This last experience will be our definite last, I finally asked for a monetary refund. The locals have put up with this B.S. for too long trying to help support our friends and neighbors. Frankly we have been enabling bad stewardship, it needs new leadership, and the only way to force the issue is to take the money elsewhere.If you don't care about how you expect to be treated, and want to take your chances:Kitchen items are consistent and fast.Beer is fun.Since it is advertised as a pizza joint, you're probably going for the pizza... I suggest you do a rain dace, bring a fur lined parka, gloves, and hat. Have absolutely no plans, including a bed time, due to the wait. Don't expect to eat your meal at same time as those in your party who ordered kitchen items. And pray that your order is correct the first time.Or better yet, support another business.

On our visit they were under expansion renovation. The only shellfish they have is in the clam chowder. It was fantastic to find a restaurant that serves the shellfish Allergic population. The wood fire pizza looked and smelled amazing. The staff were all really friendly. Thank you for thinking about those who don't/can't have shellfish.

My mom and I visited Bandon on a quiet winter Tuesday, and walked in to this establishment hoping to get some decent local food. We were shocked when we walked in and it was extremely noisy, it was like being thrown into a nightmare chuck e cheese scenario with screaming children everywhere, blocking us from even getting to the main room with the food counter. Then when we cut a swath through a horde of unruly children, the main ordering room was just as noisy and full of dudes with beers swarming the ordering counter. We also got looks from the employees behind the counter like they didn't want to deal with us (even though we were by far the most mellow people in the establishment at the time). We turned around and left before ordering because it was so needlessly chaotic and unsanitary. Ended up going to Dairy Queen and had a surprisingly great meal.

Excellent customer service, food options, made from scratch fresh wood fired pizza (dough made on site), and local crafted beer. Love coming here when crabbing or just visiting Bandon. Highly recommend this family and pet friendly local brewery.Prices are fair and reasonable. Our kids love the Cheesy Pie (3 cheeses) and we keep coming back for the Crabby Pie...yum!

Local Review: Location, pizza, food all on point super yum. Beers on tap, just ok. For some reason this establishment can't figure out how to set up their customers to order food smoothly. Everytime we stop by its the same. My wife and I sat at the small bar enjoying a cocktail and we watched customer after customer get pissed off for lack of service and botched or forgotten orders. The service is horrible. At one point a server asked us if we wanted to order and if we needed menus. Remember were sitting at the bar. We said yes, we need menus please. She replied "when your ready, get up and walk around to the cashier, there's menus there and you order over here." I guess she couldn't walk 3 steps and hand us a menu. Another waitress overhead this, kinda frowned and walked over and handed us a menu. I want my local businesses to thrive but for a $40.50 large pizza, dealing with a trainwreck of employee service is a tough one. I've been in the restaurant biz for years. They need to switch to a waiter per table method or revise their ordering process. Place wasn't even busy. And to make it worse, we realized we were over charged when we got home. Yay. If they ever shut down, the service will be one of the reasons why.

Bandon Brewing is always a great choice! Since its acquisition by Two Shy, the beer selection had just gotten better. They always have a healthy variety of brews on tap (not IPA heavy) and the pizza is pretty good to boot. This brewery is on a very short list of places we visit when in Bandon. You'll want to take a growler home, but they also have beer in cans.

Oh my word! 5 stars for the Artichoke Breadsticks. We just stopped in for a Crablnberry Cider and an appetizer. This was close to the best appetizer ever! Crispy on the bottom, nice and cheesy, great artichoke flavor. So so good! You will not be sad! Get in your car and drive there now.

We had a drink while we waited for our pizza to go. Only took about 25-30 minutes. The cranberry cider was really good. The Chicken Bacon Alfredo pizza was great also. Would definitely go back.

Came here for dinner. Got there a little before 5pm on a Saturday. It did get super busy shortly after 5pm. We had the zesty Italian and hula girl pizza. We also did an app of fries. All the food was good. The zesty Italian was probably one of the best pizzas I had in a while. The crust was thin yet also the edge crust was perfectly fluffy. My husband LOVED the chocolate peanut butter porter. They were short staffed but the wait was not bad for food. We will most def be back!

Bandon brewing was highly recommended from the locals and we were not disappointed. Great pizza and wings. My husband and in-laws enjoyed the beer on tap. Staff was so welcoming and friendly. We would definitely return
