Bad/ No communication, ordered a truck to deliver material. They told me it would be in the morning waited till about 1 o’clock to give them a call and they tell me the truck blew a tire ok that’s fine but what happened to the dispatcher that could’ve called me and informed me that they would be a little late a few hours late? Because I’m waiting on the clock, would’ve been nice to keep me updated. This is our second time ordering from them the first time the truck driver was able to get both loads in into our bin. This time the truck driver backed in, dumped his first trailer and did not unhook to dump the dump truck. Just lazy! He jackknifed it and dumped it on the gravel 15-20 away from the first load! So I went down and paid for the trucking within minutes of the driver getting back and asked him what was the deal. The dispatcher Ryan could only tell me that he was not there or the conditions were too muddy to drop the trailer. I told him the road is blacktop. That’s where the last driver dropped the trailer yet again he tells me I was not there! So I thought maybe it was unexperienced Driver. He tells me he has quite a few years under his belt instead of apologizing, trying to work things out he just avoided me! Apology, sorry or trying to make things right would’ve went a long way! So just be sure you ask for an experience Driver to have your material delivered by! Now I have to discard a good amount of material! Too hard to apologize and I tried to show him a picture, but he wouldn’t look at it. Same excuse I wasn’t there, sir.
