A wonderful local inn that punches far above its price point. The rooms were well equipped, clean, updated, and so very comfortable. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, they knew the area well and were able to provide great recommendations for places to eat and visit. I wish I had chosen to stay here a few nights on my trip because it was so amazing, plus a fresh cooked breakfast each day of your stay

What a quaint little harbor town, right on the Oregon coast. We stayed at the Bandon Inn and enjoyed the beach walks. The hotel room itself was very clean and smelled wonderful. The building is a little older and beaten up by the salt water and wind, but it was perfect. They've taken care of this location, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Inn or to stay here again in the future. Happy customer. You're doing it right!

Cute hotel overlooking bay with recently renovated rooms. Pleasant and quiet. Ladies at front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Easy to walk down into town to stroll and have dinner/breakfast.
It was quite cloudy while we were there, but I’m sure the view on a clear day is spectacular!

The room was really beautiful, very comfortable beds and the view was exceptional. Our only problem was with the bathroom. There are no hooks or towel bars to hang anything and the shower was really slippery when you were using soap. A shower mat would be helpful. There really needs to be hooks on the walls and/or the back of the door. There also should be grab bars inside the shower, too. My sister slipped twice and someone less steady than her would have fallen.

Great location, sits just above Old Town, which has many shops, restaurants, and bars. The Inn has had upgrades, very clean, and the front desk folks are great.

I especially loved the Service from the two nice ladies checking us in this evening. There was also cookies in the evening and in the morning a made to order breakfast. What great views for my room too!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the Bandon Inn situated within walking distance to the cute downtown. Views of the bay greet you along with a clean room and a small balcony. You fill out a form for available breakfast items that you then pick up at the front office in the morning and either eat in the small lobby or take back to your room. We had a great view from the new section, top floor. Highly recommend.

View was outstanding from our room with balcony. Rooms were completely renovated and beautiful. I would say this is a Hilton quality hotel. Only negative , no elevator but first and second floor were minimal stairs.

The room, location and front desk staff were great. I had planned to stay 4 nights but, due to a family emergency, had to check out a day early. I notified the front desk staff the night before departure and requested a partial or full refund for my last night as I had prepaid through Agoda. I also notified Agoda, who informed me that they defer to the property management about my refund request. I called requesting a call back from the manager who never responded directly to me or Agoda. Instead, another staff person informed me that the manager denied my request due to company policy requiring advance notice (which I had provided the night before departure). Since the hotel was fully booked, I was disappointed at their lack of flexibility. Lesson learned.

Beautiful view and consistent color scheme. I was very fond of the drink bar and freshly-baked cookies offered between 6-8 pm. Breakfast was included. You have to order it with a sheet of paper the night before. I do have about three complaints, though.
When we checked in we were told no pets, which was fine because we didn't bring any with us. Around 10 or 11 at night a very, very loud dog started barking. I'm not sure if someone didn't listen or if there are pet rooms available. Either way, it was disturbing and hard to fall asleep to.
On the same subject, the walls are thin. That, or our neighbors were loud. I don't think the latter is true, because they were talking at a normal volume level. With such a price, I was hoping not to overhear conversations in the early morning hours.
On the topic of the rooms themselves, ours were adequately stocked and clean. The two complaints, though, is that the outlet next to the bed did not work and the pillows weren't up to our standards. My aunt woke up with a kink in her neck.
I'm being a little nitpicky, but we did spend $300 for one night in a double queen room. Would still come again!

Hardly got any sleep! We booked months in advance and paid a small mortgage for just 2 nights. Yet we were put on lower floor rooms and woken up each night by loud late check ins above us who were slamming doors and dropping bags until 2am and later. The staff said they would do something but really they are unable to do anything. It may be renovated and have a nice view from some rooms, but I regret paying what we did to stay here.
Response to hotel: How would it have helped for me to request a room location for a hotel I've never been to? I selected Harbor View. It should be the hotel's responsibility to place guests in the most appropriate rooms, put shorter stays and late night check ins in locations that won't disturb guests. And for the price they charge, they should remove the tile and/or add noise insulation, install quieter doors, and do more to minimize noise all around. If you're charging resort prices, you should have resort quality.
And hotels can definitely see prices when booked through a third party because they set the base prices. I paid less than the hotel's published rates those dates, and it was still too much for the level of disruption.

Came here late at night and the staff was wonderfully accommodating. When there was an issue with the card key for my room, I was given a standard key. The room is well appointed like most hotels and inns in this price range, bigger towels, nice shower, ironing table and iron, although I think I missed seeing a hair dryer, although I didn't need one. A nice big blanket in one of the drawers. See picture. There was a huge big screen TV, refrigerator and coffee maker. I had a great private balcony view of the waterfront and the only thing that I should have done was brought one of my comfy portable chairs and sat down for a while with a beer. Unfortunately I was on a much more urgent trip so I had to bypass that.. It is well away from the traffic noise so the rooms are pretty quiet and you can even leave the sliding door open a little bit for some fresh air. My particular room did have a problem, and it was a rather loud clicking noise which I notified the staff the next morning about and I hope the next time it'll be fixed.
LOTS of outlets in convenient locations around the room. Big plus. Not like the motel. 6. I stayed out the next day which had one outlet way across the room and I was thankful for my 10-ft USB cable.
You get to pre-order breakfast which is basically a continental breakfast. You get a checklist of various foods including yogurt, hard boiled egg, fruit, Etc.. They also have fresh coffee and bottled water.
