(+): Room was clean. Comfortable beds. Looked like Apartments from the outside, grounds were nice. I felt safe. Very sprawled out. The hotel is far from the main drag so it was very quiet.
(-): Small rooms. Couldn't see the ocean from my room and I couldn't even hear it.

Gorgeous! Clean! Great location! The BEST bed, very cozy hotel with beautiful details like geraniums, green grass, and salt water toffee. Wore out the kids! Incredible breakfast!! Beach windy, soft sand, huge rocks, lots of room to run, unique! Very friendly staff. Lots of great places to eat within driving minutes. Bring sunglasses and your best hooded windbreaker. Killer photo opportunities. Lots of space for dogs to run and play! Kids loved pool & jacuzzi.

Spent a night in Bandon while on a road trip. Phenomenal hotel! Great location - quiet, right at the beach, lovely views. Clean and spacious rooms. Kids enjoyed the pool! Very friendly service.

We had a great stay at the Best Western Inn at Face Rock in Bandon, Oregon. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. One of the best parts was how close it was to the beach—just a short walk away, and the views were absolutely stunning. We loved being able to walk the long stretch of beach daily!
The staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. They were so friendly with our dogs, even calling them by name when we would see them out walking. Just so kind. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast—there was a nice variety of options, and the staff made sure everything was stocked during a busy holiday weekend.
Overall, this was a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bandon area!

We got two rooms here for one night. During this stay we called multiple times to the front desk and even went into the office to complain about the people above us. The front desk never did anything about it and we continued to get woke up all hours of the night and early morning. We paid over $600 for our two rooms to be kept up all night and the front desk did nothing about it.

We had just driven 45 minutes after refusing to check in to another hotel that was super sketchy so we went looking for another hotel and came across this one. After having 2 shady experiences in the next town over, the girl at the front desk here was so nice and friendly and even gave us a discount! Tessa is her name and she went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. She gave us tons of info on the town and things to do. Our room was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Right across the street from the beach. We felt very safe here. Balconies don't have privacy walls on the side so we got to see our neighbors gettin cozy with each other but we just went back inside to give them privacy. Overall, we are thrilled with our stay here and the customer service! Oh also the breakfast was really good. Lots of options. 100% will be staying here again. To top it off, we ended up loving Bandon and spent most of the next day shopping in their downtown area. Highly recommend!

Some rooms have unobstructed views of the ocean. Others have little or no view. Rooms are nice, but tub showers are older and small. Carpet Musty smelling, but it gets better if you can keep doors and windows open. The hotel has direct easement access to the ocean. Free breakfast is good but just slightly below level of Home2Suites, Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express. Grounds are spacious, well manicured, and gorgeous.

The rooms look like cabins on the outside. They were very nice on the inside, clean and nicely furnished. Saw the pool from our balcony but didn't go swimming it was crowded all night. Did some laundry, the facilities were really nice with Speed Queen machines. Comfortable beds and breakfast was the typical fare very delicious. We went down to the beach using the access path, great beach that made this hotel 5 stars!

Every member of the staff we met was very polite and friendly. The gentleman working the front desk when we checked in (missed his name) but pretty sure his name tag said front desk manager or something to that effect. Was amazing! The world, especially this industry, needs more folks like him! Thank you! Room was clean and had everything we needed. Well stocked. Partial ocean view from the balcony. Wine and beer for sale in the lobby was nice. A lot of local options. Breakfast was superb. The ladies working the breakfast area take pride in their work and it truly shows. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back someday!
