“I have a credit card and had multiple auto loans thru rogue in bandon but never had my checking there. Today I went to open savings accounts for my two kids. The bank teller Meg informed me it would be atleast an hour before we could open them because she was the only teller there due to the other staff helping another customer. I asked if there was anyway we could do it now because my two kids and wife were in the car and we just drove from coquille. She was very nice and professional and said let’s do it. While completing my first kid, 3 people walked in and we stopped to let her take care of them. She helped them and we started on my second kids account. A drive thru customer came and 2 other walk in’s. Meg remained super friendly and never got stressed out. She completed my kids accounts while helping multiple other customers all while smiling. Because of this I will be switching all my checking and savings account to this Rogue. thank you Meg you are awesome!!”
