I've been a member for a year. Called about a mortgage loan and was put on hold for over 10 minutes before talking with a rep who did not introduce themselves by name, was barely audible, clearly distracted, and seemed totally uninterested in educating me on the intricacies of the loan I am trying to procure. I'm coming at this with a big down payment, good credit score, and gainful employment. I told the (remote!) "loan officer" I was uncomfortable with them and called my local branch a second time. After being on hold for more than 15 minutes I decided I'll be closing my FCCU account asap. I called Rogue Credit Union and was in touch with a loan officer within a 90 seconds. They were very informative and helpful, and I feel comfortable moving forward with them. I suggest you reconsider trusting First Community with your finances.

The workers here are nice and patient :) It's 1 story so handicap accesible!
