PREDATORY and COERCIVE.
They take advantage of those in vulnerable situations.
My car was towed Saturday at 10pm. I was at the tow yard Monday, but they refused to tell me the bill until I signed their “affidavit of ownership.” After that they said then they could offer “discounts,” but once I signed another document and called dispatch. When I called dispatch I was told it was already too late—only 5 minutes later.
They started the lien process Tuesday morning, just two days after the tow,(i know this because they contacted a previous owner who i had already been in contact with) despite me being in constant contact all week updating them about efforts to get the vehicle titled and released.
When I finally got the release signed, I called right away—still no movement on the now $2200 bill and counting @ $95/day
Mast Bros operates like predators. Coercive paperwork, fast-track liens, and no real willingness to work with people.
BEWARE! If your car is impounded here, document everything and seek legal advice immediately. Their process is aggressive, financially damaging, and feels engineered to take possession of vehicles through technicalities and vulnerability.
They are what is wrong with the world today. Greedy and okay with harming other humans to make a buck.
Ill be notifying the BBB, the DOJ, Oregon tow board, Oregon DMV Regulatory Division, and possible legal action through small claims. I suggest everyone who's been taken advantage of by this company should do the same. Please contact me if you'd like help in doing so.

Your driver with license plate number 25279 is driving through bandon right now to tow an rv before the green bridge, going north…15 miles over speed limit. Cut me off with my small kids in the car. Do better!!!

In Oregon, this is the best/most available towing service. They have "pulled me out" of several predicaments. I count on helpful and courteous people.

I called and requested a tow, and paid over $1,000 just to have the tow truck never show up. Leaving me stranded waiting overnight until the morning when I called and they then tried to leverage another $2,500 out of me on top of the $1,000. I never saw a truck (the service I paid for) and was told flat out I could not get any amount of a refund for the service I never received.

Our belt broke off our Lexus in middle of night on our way to Florence I called one towing company they said 2 hours wait time it was freezing out so I called mast bros towing to get a tow to O'Reilly's parking lot They got to us really quick within 25 minutes the driver was really helpful and nice awesome customer service great communication I would highly recommend this towing service to anybody I normally don't rate 5 stars but this towing service deserves 100+ stars in my opinionService: Car towing
