Store is ghost town crusty feeling, however the pharmacy is top notch customer service. Emily the pharmacist is incredibly knowledgeable, and the other gals on staff are also sharp, with awesome customer service.

The Bandon Rite Aid is recovering from the impact of corporate Rite Aid's adventures with bankruptcy over the past couple of years. That is resolved now, and the shelves are being restocked. I needed a prescription for an antibiotic a few weeks ago that was sent to them basically at 6pm, then I drove straight there - got there really after the pharmacy was closed. But the pharmacist came out, talked to me, filled the prescriptions, and went to the cash registers at the front for me to check out because hers was closed and she needed to interact to complete the prescription transaction. Above and beyond, she really cared about me understanding the meds as well as getting them that evening, which helped me get better faster.

Called twice at normal business hours when they’re open and no answer called once at 9:30 AM and once at 10:30 AM, still no answer. Great Way to run a business.

I really like our Bandon Rite Aid. It's convenient and is a great store. I shop there all the time. I really like the Bonus Cash. It helps if you're low on money. I'm very happy with the store. They usually have everything you need. Jen is one of the best employees there! Thanks Jennifer for always making my experience great!

Pharmacy is always closed. Pharmacist think they know more about a persons health and what medication they should be taking, than a person's doctor. It is a fight to get a prescription refilled. Every month. Just generally rude. Unfortunately the only rite aid around. But I normally drive 60 mi round trip, just to get my medication refilled somewhere else.

Horrible.....Horrible customer service!
I had my husband's prescriptions transferred here since we unexpectedly had to stay longer in Bandon than expected. I have followed up with them multiple times in the last week. Now that he is totally out of his essential medication and they where not open on the weekend. They are acting as if I am not patient now that I am being firm with getting his medication. It's not like we can now just go somewhere else to pick them up. Once a prescription has been transferred it is out of my original pharmacy hands. Wow! This place needs significant help!

I know leaving a review won’t do anything but is a great way to warn people. This place needs to be shut down due to the lack of effort to help their customers. Especially since it’s a pharmacy, their customers should be top priority!!! I don’t even go to this pharmacy but I’m here for the holidays and tried to get my transfer prescription filled FOR THREE WEEKS…THREE WEEKS and NOTHING. Luckily what I need doesn’t require anything major for my health but this is outrageous and so frustrating. Do yourself a favor and don’t use Bandon rite aide for your pharmacy!

This is the worst store I apologized to the cashier up front as I left “. I’m sorry you work here . “ I arrived at this store at noon today and was given the run around by Mr Jose who told me they didn’t have my script and I wasn’t in the system called my Drmy prescription faxed in on 12/12Re faxed on 12/19. (Because they don’t check the fax machine )I was flat told by staff member Jose“I will not be filling that today “ at 4 pmI drove 60 miles round trip for antibiotic’s for nothing .

I'm just about ready to switch pharmacies. Although there are a couple of nice pharmacy associates the majority of the ones are very rude and their customer service skills are very poor.

The pharmacy never answers their phone. I’ve called multiple times. I put in a prescription refill over a week ago and they still don’t have it filled and can’t give me an answer as to when it will be filled. Absolutely frustrating dealing with this pharmacy.
