Terrible experience at this USPS location. The new carrier (and postmaster), Mary Davis, told me directly that she was going to refuse to deliver my mail because she decided my mailbox was on the “wrong side of the road.” I’ve been receiving mail at this same address for years without any problems until she came along.
When I left, I even overheard another customer speaking with her, clearly very upset about the exact same issue. It seems I’m not the only one being threatened with no mail delivery.
Took about 20 minutes to leave with my package that she refused to deliver the prior day.
Mail carriers should not be unilaterally deciding to withhold people’s mail. Very unprofessional and completely unacceptable service.

Worst post office ever!! First we had to deal with mail delivered at 10pm or somedays not delivered at all.Now they are losing or misdelivering packages left and right.I called to report missing package and tried to tell the guy the tracking # and he tefused to take it.The only thing consistent with Bandon post office is They ALWAYS have the rudest laziest people working. Mail is very important to All of us and we deserve to get our mail/packages we pay for everytime!!

David at the Bandon post office truly delivered!!! I was in Bandon from out of town and had ordered a special surprise for my husband to be sent to our rental. Instead of coming via UPS, it was sent via USPS and the rental we were staying at didn't get postal deliveries. I went to the post office at 1pm on a Saturday and David was there. The parcel pick up hours were over, but he graciously helped me and found my packages and saved the day. I am so grateful for him going above and beyond and helping me. He didn't have to do it, but the fact that he did says a lot about how much USPS helps the community.

Very friendly staff, good service.
We especially want to thank the employee who worked at the service counter on Wednesday, 9/11. We sent out some cards and left a wallet in the office with all the credit cards and ID inside. As we noticed the lost and came back about an hour later, he had the wallet safely at his counter and gave it back to us. He saved us from lots of problems! Thank you so much!

My desk is at my street window. I'm at my desk from 9 am till after 6pm most days. Our mail truck travels several times a day past my home. There are only 8 homes on our cul-de-sac. This has been going on several times a week for a couple months.

Trying to send my Christmas cards out like I do every year. This year, today I was trying to drop off my cards so they weren't in the big blue box getting wet, went inside and told the gal I was just dropping off my cards that are all stamped and ready..she really took one out and weighed it and told me I needed an extra 24 cents per card to mail!! I had forever stamps...I NEVER had this happen before. VERY rude to me and 2 other customers. If you don't like customers then don't have a job that has you working with the public! Short Brown hair chick...RUDE

WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES. BUT....OUR GOVERMENT IS GREEDY. $210.00 FOR A YEARLY POST OFFICE BOX INSIDE THE POST OFFICE. Pure assinine... the people in their post office are great, the puppet masters they have to bow and fold to are ridiculous.

I have live here 32 years and have gotten excellent service until recently. Now, I never know if my packages will be delivered, have had package notices put in my mailbox a week AFTER I was to receive the package and many of our packages are medical in nature and are needed by us immediately. I don’t know what has happened but this is the worst service we have ever experienced.
