Do not work with Wendy or michelle!! The bandon location, Wendy specifically took advantage of a customer with a brain condition, adding lines to his account without his consent and adding donations to the victra company for the customer to pay without his knowledge or consent. When the customer went back to the store to return the items he did not want or need he was trespassed from this location by Michelle and told they would not allow him to return his equipment. When the customer calls the store there is no direct number to the store. These representatives are hiding their shady business practices by abusing their power to make sure customers cannot come back to return products and services they were sold without their knowledge or consent.

I walked into the verizon store and was greeted by Michelle who was wonderful and energetic,did everything she could to achieve the goal I came in with...plus some. Not only was the business end a positive experience the personal conversation and interaction was off the hook.If you're needing either/or please stop by and see this wonderful person...worth every minute....!!!

Never have I ever experienced such unprofessional and unpleasant behavior. Mature lady Michelle couldn't help me simply pay a bill at 3 in the afternoon because ”<she> closes at 5, there's a couple people in front of me(literally 1 couple) and <she> hadn't had HER lunch yet” then she proceeded to tell me she'd be open tomorrow. My service was disconnected and I only had cash but I guess that was my problem. I then drove to Coos Bay Verizon who very kindly helped me end 10yrs of business with Verizon that day and I moved on to another Carrier.

Worked with Chelsea tonight at the Coos Bay location and she was AMAZING! Had a lot to do and she stuck with it with excellent customer service! Super happy with how the transaction went! Mike and Dan who are the District and Store managers were also fabulous and made sure we were getting everything we need taken care of. Malio helped us as well and was also fantastic with helping chelsea getting all of our things in order. Great all around customer service and very satisfied!!
