I had the most wonderful experience meeting Theresa today. She is our new property manager at the Banks, OR location. Theresa is a delight to work with. She is professional, knowledgeable and extremely persononable. She mades the process of renting a unit here enjoyable. I highly recommend that anyone looking to rent a storage unit to come visit Theresa, you won't regret it.

Heather was an absolute dream to work with. She took care of our our needs in the utmost professional manner. Staff in the office is great!!! The Corporation that owns this place is frustrating. If you like your rates doubling every year, this is the place for you! If you want to go elsewhere, thats ok… this corporation now owns them all lol!!!
I know it’s a business and they have to make money… I am just frustrated with the price fixing that seems to be a corporate greed policy.
I need to just toss all the crap that I am emotionally attached too that I don’t need and save the money.
